The items you advertised were not in stock, so no sale took place!
The items I tried to buy from you ended up not being in stock. Wasted time on my part as having to find another supplier for product having ordered on Saturday and didn't know you couldn't supply until Monday pm. You haven't even realized that you haven't sold me anything! Did get my money refunded. Would be reluctant to buy from you again.

More integrity in a stapler...
Staples UK cancelled my order for 2 Verbatim travel adapters, reporting to eBay that there was an "issue with my delivery address." My address has been used for hundreds of eBay purchases without a single problem.
When I challenged this with evidence that the items had simply been relisted at a higher total price (£110.28, significantly up from the £29.86 I paid), Staples admitted in writing that this reason "was not a reflection of your delivery address, which we have no reason to believe is invalid" (confirming it was false) and that the real cause was a pricing error on their end.
Rather than owning that from the start, they let a false reason stand against my account until challenged. Only then did they acknowledge it, but still refused to honour the completed transaction.
Judge for yourself whether that's a company you want to order from.
