Seems to be too eager to get you in and sell services and eye glasses. The questions l had asked over phone were not answered the same as when we came in. People were polite though.

Bait and switch pricing. This shows I made a purchase but did not. There was a pair of glasses they told me would be donated- they said everyone makes at no cost to me.
Asked about a virtual eye exam -but I choose to see a doctor. Don’t trust the exam done -I did not make a purchase -only paid for the eye exam -i will not be returning

would suggest improving the training provided to your employees.
Last week, I visited your store to exchange my glasses, as I was still within the 30day window from the pickup date. However, Angelica informed me rather rudely that I was past the 30 days and that the only way to proceed would be through the frame warranty, which would require me to pay an additional fee of around $100. I left the store very upset.
The following day, I contacted customer service and was told that I was, in fact, still within the 30day exchange period and could return to the store. When I went back, a different employee assisted me without any issues. She simply pulled up my information and processed the exchange quickly.
This experience leads me to question what information Angelica was referencing, as it seemed she was either misinformed or unwilling to assist. She was also the employee who handled my original order and added several extras that I did not need.
Overall, this inconsistency and lack of proper guidance made for a frustrating experience.

Lenses are great, just the frame is loose and the cage was not for the kind of glasses I got
I saw the doctor through telehealth and when I went to pick up my glasses the prescriptions were wrong. I now have to go back and see someone else when it should have been done right the first time.
First time here and the wait was so long even with an appointment. I didn't know I was getting an online eye exam. That virtual doctor and the unprofessional, supposedly real doctor got it wrong too. I visited this place 4 times in 7 days. It was a horrific experience.
Had a great experience this visit, from scheduling online to walking out with a new pair of glasses. Appt was on time and nothing rushed. The technician was very knowledgeable but sought answers for me when she didn’t have them. Inventory and staffing made sure I had glasses walking out.
Great selection, easy way to get eyes checked on a busy schedule. Great care taken to make sure your glasses are the best for you.

I love their selection of frames. They helped me get a good price on two frames with progressive lenses. They arrived within a week. One fitting went very well. But the other fitting did not. The technician said I had to get nose pads but did not offer to put any on. So that pair is currently worthless as I can neither read nor see the computer with them. I’ll have to go elsewhere to get someone to help me with the nose pads. So three stars instead of five.
