What a brilliant store and the management and staff this Company has is superb!
Their prices are very fair and considerate to the customers, they care about their community unlike the big Supermarkets such as Sainsbury's etc.
Thank goodness my Husband bought my Gluten Free Bread at Stans St Martins, it was only £2+....same loaf Sainsbury's £4.60....yes, £4.60!! What a complete rip off especially on people with medical problems such as food intolerances.
My Husband Rick is a regular at Stans St Martins, every day he's in there and the staff are amazing with him! They joke and have fun with him, he loves it and so do hearing his stories when he gets home.
Oh Gosh....PLEASE don't ever sell that shop to new ownership or our lives will be nothing without Stans.

Over and above service and care
Whilst shopping with my husband I realised that I had a flat tyre on my power wheelchair.
I dont know how I would have got home if it hadn't been for the excellent help I recieved from staff members Gareth very kindly brought me plus chair home. Very many thanks to all

It used to be an excellent store with very friendly and helpful staff and the nicest and most helpful manager imaginable. Unfortunately things have deteriorated drastically under the new ownership and management. It's not the staff's fault, but it's no longer a comfortable shopping experience, service is poor, and maintenance is nonexistant - things that break, stay broken. They laid off around half the staff and some of the old staff quit as they didn't want to stay under the new ownership and new management, so the ones left are too busy and overstretched.
What used to be a very nice community shop with friendly and helpful staff and management where we loved to shop, we now avoid them.
The manager is less than friendly and as a customer you're made to feel like an inconvenience.
