I’m a 3rd year student and have been sporadically taking the St Andrews Shuttle since my first year. All staff are extremely friendly, thoughtful, and efficient at what they do—never a negative experience. While booking, the pickup time, driver, and journey is completely figured out for you. This is very helpful for time management and alleviates much of the stress associated with traveling.

Ian was the best ! Not just a transfer but a great tour with loads of local colour and knowledge. We booked with him again for the return to EDI. Strongly tecommend.

We had a great experience. Ian was our driver and he was prompt, courteous, and helpful. We were especially grateful for the children's seats that Ian was able to install beforehand. We'll use them again!

Recently used this company for an aiport transfer. Ian the driver was very personable and interacted with his passengers. He arrived 15 minutes early and kept in contact with us at every turn so we did not need to do any guess work including messaging us the day before our return flight. When we informed the company we were traveling with two toddlers they ensured the transfers had good quality care seats. Highly recommend

We had a fantastic experience with Ian on our shuttle transfer between Edinburgh Airport and St Andrews. Travelling with kids can be stressful, but Ian made the whole journey smooth and relaxed from start to finish. The company provided the car seats for us, which was incredibly helpful, and Ian was so patient and understanding about the realities of travelling with children.

He was friendly, professional, punctual, and made us feel completely at ease. The car was comfortable and the service was excellent both on the way to St Andrews and on the return trip to the airport. We’d absolutely recommend Ian and would happily use the service again in the future.

First time we used this service for our first visit to st Andrew’s. Ian was so lovely and talked his way through our rides there and back giving us the run down of the towns as we drove through. We very much appreciated this given we were making a big decision for our daughter at St Andrew’s uni. Ian was also on time and helpful with our luggage. Great communication as well confirming the night before and once we landed. Will absolutely use them for all future trips an I highly recommend .

We took a custom day tour with StA Shuttle originating from St Andrews, visiting Stirling Castle, the Trossachs, the village and palace of Falkland, a pub lunch, and all the coastal fishing villages south of StA. We saw Adam Smith’s birth town and even found the herd of Highland “coos”! The trip exceeded our expectations, our guide/driver Ian was outstanding, telling us many stories and historical facts. We highly recommend a day trip with the StA Shuttle!

We used St Andrews Shuttle for our 7 day golf trip. From airport pickups and dropoffs, to shuttling us around to various golf courses, St Andrews Shuttle, and particularly our driver Ian, were great. St. Andrews Shuttle is the best! Gordon and his team took excellent care of us during our entire week in Edinburgh/St. Andrews area. We were a crew of golfers traveling from airport to Edinburgh to St Andrews with some whisky tasting and other side trips, and St. Andrews Shuttle handled it all, always on time and reasonably priced. Great people also, enjoyed all our drive time with them! I highly recommend them!

Made it to the airport in great time. Pickup and drop-off were easy and convenient, even with a large amount of luggage. Driver was great to talk with and helped unload at the airport, also providing instructions for the trolley.

Our driver Martin was wonderful. He was early and ready for us when we came out. He was full of information about St Andrews and the university, and, it was much appreciated and helped the ride to the airport go by quicker.
The booking was easy, and we paid at pick up which was also no trouble at all. We had the shuttle to ourselves so it was a bit pricey but during busy times you can share which helps the price to be a bit lower.
The communication with Wendy & Gordon prior was great, giving us the name of our driver and time of pick once we booked.

Wendy and Gordon were very helpful with our transport to and from Edinburgh Airport and St. Andrews. Since their Outlander Tour was fully booked, Gordon suggested MS Tours so we wouldn't miss the opportunity. Highly recommend St. Andrews Shuttle!
