the stair treads and handrails I ordered are nice and the handrails are not finger jointed which is why I ordered from this place. The only negative is slow shipping, I chose cherry over mahogany because I was on a deadline and it said mahogany was a 1-2 week wait and it didn't say that about the cherry but it still took two full weeks to get my parts. Rich from customer service was very helpful and updated me almost everyday on the status of my order. I understand the parts need to be made but I have ordered stair parts before from an online distributor and it stated that there was a 3 day lead time and I still received the treads in 6 days shipped from the se state as this place shipped from. As I mentioned the parts are nice and the prices were in line with other places for the most part and this was one of the few places that made a handrail without finger joints. I would recommend this place I just wish the website mentioned how long an order would take so make sure you order way ahead of when you need the parts.

I placed my order a week ago and the status hasn't updated yet. So I am concerned since the website claims orders ship in 3 business days.

A stairway can be a big investment and having all the correct information is so important. Rich was wonderful and not only explained things very clearly but even sent photos to help me make the perfect choice. I would not only recommend Stairpartsusa USA, I will certainly buy from them again in the future!

StairpartsUSA (aka Beautiful Homes, out of Spring Hill, FL and also working out of a law office), does not make returns easy, is difficult to get ahold of- don't expect a return call-and ultimately does not honor a full refund or any refund at all for that matter. They skirt around saying they do give refunds, but you will not see one. Their number is not posted on the receipt with your product and though it was StairpartsUSA I went through online, the receipt shows Beautiful Homes with no mail and no phone number. The address sends you to a Law Firm. I recommend you do not do business with this company. If you go against this recommendation, be sure you measure twice or three times each spindle, and speak to them directly before submitting your order. I needed spindles with screws on the bottom and received spindles with wooden dowel inserts.

I was just looking for some beefy 42" balusters to convert an old desk into a standing desk. The parts shipped quickly, were well packaged and high quality. The website is well designed to help find exactly what you are looking for, very helpful considering the huge selection.

Stair Parts USA had what we were looking for. Large Newel Post at a low price. We ordered (14) 4091 newel post in poplar and got a great price when shopped around in the Internet at other stair parts stores. The product quality is great and the shipping was fast and free. I will be buying again from these guys in the future.

Took for ever to get. I bought a bendable railing and didn't get mold for clamping. I tried to bend without clamp and broke it. I called them on it and they said it was my fault I didn't get mold. I purchased new rail and once again didn't receive mold. I called them up they had no idea what I was talking about even though it says it on their website. I finally cleared it up and they sent it to me but it was wrong. I called them again and finally after four times they finally got it right. I also ordered more balusters that they got the quantity wrong. I fixed the order and had a hard time being able to purchase it through website. The balusters took almost a month to receive. I installed everything it looks great but in the end I didn't make as much as I should have because of this company. I will never use this company ever again.

Product size and shape as advertised. I guessed at the color (midnight bronze) to match an existing installation as I didn't see the actual colors on the website. Color of delivered product looked very much like black; however, I did assume that I would need to field paint to match existing anyway. I received shipping notification 2 days after ordering, but then didn't receive any tracking information until 4 days after that.

Haven't received my parts yet but can't wait. Customer service is prob. One of the best I have encountered promt call backs and on top of things. Only down fall I am currently experiencing is sloe delivery. Last time I talked to someone they said it would ship Friday it is now wed and they are telling me it will ship this Friday or Monday. O well bit otherwise if I receive it in about a week I will have nothing to complain about.

They sold exactly what I needed & ordered. I was not saddened when I opened the box to inspect the order.

The post came within a week of order, and was really beautiful. Was packaged well with no damage (an issue I've had before).

They did a great job with my order and made it easy to make changes after the order was placed. Diligent at working out my requests.

the newel post that we purchase were excellent! The description was accurate and they look great on our new staircase. Shipping was fast and the items were packaged well.

I love the fact that most items are American made. The product is excellent and the customer service is outstanding. We saved a lot of money and did not have to sacrifice quality. Rich was very knowledgeable, helpful and easy to work with. I would HIGHLY recommend using stairpartsusa! It's an internet business with a "mom and pop" business mentality!

Order placed with my card being charged. After weeks all that I received is the handrail. Just a small portion of the order. The handrail came with the shipping of over $200 for the total order being applied to a 8 & 4 ft. Section of handrail . I have no problem paying for material if it is shipped. At this point I have no idea when the complete order will be shipped.

The guys running this website are very helpful. All my problems were solved and I got what I wanted.
