I'm a contractor and buy a lot of materials from my local suppliers, but was coming up empty when it came to ordering stair parts in the style that my client selected. All of my local suppliers told me that the particular style they wanted was a 5 week wait. I found the parts I needed on StairPartsUSA.com. The salesperson was great to work with, and the parts arrived at the job site in less than a week (without paying special rates). I'll definitely order from them again!

Ordered red oak balusters for a home reno. Lightning fast shipping of 60 balusters at the best pruce I found. The wood was beautiful with just a few in the shipment having small pockmarks/minor defects (well within the 5-10% I normally expect).

Will definetly go to these folks again when I need stair parts.

My order was placed 9/22/15 with a three day lead time. After waiting ten days I sent an email to customer service through their own feedback page about when the shipment would actually ship. 5 days later I sent another inquiry after receiving an email that my order has shipped. They did not tell me the shipper or give me a date of arrival, the page now says it is still being processed (10/6/15) but has not shipped and cannot be tracked even though an email has proudly declared the order as shipped. I have no idea where my parts are or when they will ship. I don't think this is good service and I get the feeling they are ignoring my inquiries. HMMMMM. ok then.

Stair Parts provided quick response to all my questions, had the parts I was looking for at a great price, and delivered everything on time.
Their web customer question tool is great and someone responds to your question the next day.

Not getting the warm-and-fuzzies here, website made it seem like parts were in stock, yet out of big order, only piecemeal little parts have shown up. Makes me question whether this company actually stocks anything and makes me question whether I should have ordered elsewhere.

Products showed up VERY fast. As described and reasonably priced. Highly recommended!

We were in a big bind to get stair parts so we could complete our remodel and refinance our construction loan. When the well-known stairparts company could not get our rails, posts, ballasts, treads and risers for 8+ weeks I searched the internet and found Stair Parts USA. It was right at closing east-coast time when I called. Rich gave me his cell number and worked from his home until we got the entire order sorted out. That was 10 pm on a Monday his time. He put in the order Tuesday morning. They had to make the posts in American Cherry and the treads, risers and ballasts in white oak. He found a nice hand rail stile in American Cherry in stock. They all shipped that same Friday!

When the parts came they were absolutey beautiful! The posts were made from solid cherry and the price was less than half of the well-known company.

Our cabinet maker stained the posts to match our Jatoba cabinets and he was very impressed with the craftsmanship.

I recommend these guys to anyone and have already referred a friend to them.

We were in a large bind building a new home. We had provided our builder with the information to order a large number of iron balusters. He failed to place the order when we asked and then discovered the product we wanted was no longer available. This led to another round of Internet searches and fortunately finding Stair Parts USA. Because we were limited in terms of the required turnaround, it was critical to make a rapid decision. Rich (customer service) went out of his way to take photos of the available products, find sufficient quantities in the warehouse, get them prepared for shipment to our contractor, and follow-up to ensure things were shipped. Product arrived and being installed. We are very pleased with what we received an had hoped to provide an image but that does not seem possible. Hard to beat excellent products and customer service far exceeding expectations.

I happened upon Stair Parts USA while searching for stainless stair rail components. I called Stair Parts and spoke with Rich who was cordial and seemingly understood what I was seeking.
The reasonably priced, high quality Italian parts were ordered, shipped promptly and received within a week. Customer service at Stair Parts USA is excellent which will bring me back to them when I add more railing to this project.

Honestly great service that was quick and the shipping costs are honest too (others have competitive prices on the wrench, but charge wicked fees for shipping)

Edit to original review: While communication was severely lacking, we did receive our order without issue within 2 weeks from order date - all parts were present and in good condition. Did finally receive a call back from customer service informing me parts were on their way. Original issue was not with length of time to receive order. I was extremely frustrated with the lack of communication and felt like my calls were being screened. All I was originally looking for was some information as to order status, but it turned into a bigger thing. If I could make one recommendation to the company - answer and return your customers' calls (even if it's to tell them that you don't have an update, but are working on it).
