I ordered from this firm. It was by mail order for stair parts to the Highlands of Scotland. Not only was the enquiry dealt with politely and efficiently, but when received, I was amazed at the lengths that they’d gone to regarding packaging and the product itself was first class. Great products but communication could be better
Great service and very happy with the spindles themselves. The only reason that I gave 4 stars instead of 5 was when I got the email saying the order has been processed it gave me no indication on when the products would actually arrive.
