Staff Skills Training -Twitter for Business Certification

If you intend to increase your knowledge of how to use Twitter for Business then please do not use this Company. I paid £99.00 for this online course. I received no introductory email just login and password details and 'enjoy your course'. When I commenced the course the instructions were poor. Just questions to be answered in ten minutes, no support or practical help or guidance on how to proceed. I have previously successfully completed a distance learning Masters Degree so I am not faint hearted but, I have given up with this course it's a waste of time, because you don't know what you are doing. It's hard nosed, they have got your money now get on with it. Please spend your money on a course that will support you, ensure that you succeed in your endeavour to receive a certificate and most importantly that you get value for money. There are no refunds, so please do not waste your money on this one. A total rip off
