In the meantime, please find some information below which explains how to access your courses.

Managers or individuals:
To start the course, please log into your account and select the 'Trainee management' button at the top of the page. Ensure that the ‘Active Trainees’ tab is highlighted so that your name appears underneath this tab.

If you are using a computer to access your training, click on the number displayed under the ‘Current Courses’ column to view your courses.

If you are using a mobile device, please click directly on your name from the list of ‘Active Trainees’ which will take you to your list of ‘Current Courses’. The ‘Start’ button will be located to the right-hand side of the course. If you are unable to see the ‘Start’ button, either rotate the screen on your phone so that it is in landscape mode or click on the title of the course and a ‘Start course’ button will be displayed.

If you have enrolled on the Care Certificate, please click onto the number under the ‘Current Courses’ column or directly on your name to access your training page.
Next to the Care Certificate Induction training, click on the ‘View’ button and the 20 individual courses contained within the bundle will be displayed with a ‘Start’ button to the right-hand side of each. The courses can be completed in any order you wish.

If you are accessing your training via a mobile phone, click directly onto the words "Care certificate induction" and the 20 individual courses contained within the bundle will be displayed. To start a course click onto the course title.

Start a course (trainee)
To start the course, please log into your account and click on the words ‘My courses’ which can be found on the blue navigation bar. A list of ‘Active’ and ‘Archived’ courses will then be displayed. Please ensure that you select the ‘Active Courses’ tab where you will find a list of your ‘Current Courses’. To start the course, simply click on the ‘Start’ button.

If you are using a mobile device, log into your account and click on ‘My courses’ on the blue navigation bar. A list of your ‘Current Courses’ will be displayed. If you are unable to see the ‘Start’ button, please click directly on the course name to view the ‘Start’ button or rotate your phone screen into landscape mode, so the start button is displayed.

Only one hiccup for me beginning the…

Only one hiccup for me beginning the update modules .. the instructions on how to start didn’t make clear that you had to click on your name in order to access ‘Choose module’ ( my granddaughter said it should be common knowledge ! ) I emailed for help & was able to continue the sequence . The modules were an excellent refresher - one correction I still disagree with but a minor quibble . Immediate results which were great.
