Misleading info, specification states adjustable shelves but true

I recently purchased the Stackitup glass cabinet, and while the design is nice and looks great in my home, I faced a few issues. Some parts were missing, which made assembly difficult. The instructions weren't as clear, so you'll definitely need a handyman to put it together. The quality of the tempered glass is also average, not as high-end as expected. Another downside was the customer service; it was challenging to get the support I needed to resolve the missing parts issue. They really need to improve in this area

Great product at a good price with fast delivery.

This is my third order (6 piece set) my issue is that the clear 6 piece set has a different design to the original clear 6 piece set that I ordered prob 1-2 years ago. My son with whom I have the clear sets for now has 2 different clear sets.

Easy to assemble pretty solid crates. Look clean as.

My order was delivered as expected.

Very nice cabinet and perfect for my wife's crystal, have installed cabinet lights to finish it off, delivery was very quick and I would definitely recommend it. You do need two people to put it together.

Once it got to the courier, a day later my item was being “held” by the courier. I contacted the couriers 6 days later as the status still remained as “held”. They advised the item has arrived broken and that they had advised the seller and were waiting. I then contacted Stacked who had no idea of my broken item being held at the courier. I requested a refund which they promptly processed. Communication between Stacked and Express Freight need much improvement.
