This company seriously lacks integrity

This company seriously lacks integrity. I would not buy from this company or represent it by wearing its products.

Their written return policy states that items can be returned for store credit - it does not say that in-store purchases are final sale - only sale items are. I purchased in-store and was told in person that they have a 30-day return window. Later, I have been told my items are ineligible for return because they were purchased in-store and that the policy for returns is only 15 days. Not to mention threads are already coming out of the pants, and I haven’t even worn them.

I offered to ship the items back at my own expense, as their policy allows for international returns, but have received no reasonable resolution.

Beautiful suit, but misleading support advice and no refundsached out to Abysse before…

I reached out to Abysse before purchasing online the Hawkins Bodysuit to ask whether it would provide enough support for a C cup. I was told it should be "plenty supportive." Based on that, I bought it.

The quality of the suit was well crafted, but provides very little support and I wouldn’t be able to bend over in it. I contacted them to exchange it for a suit with something more supportive. After 4 emails, I received virtually no help finding a replacement or recommendation that was actually in stock, just repeated redirects to their return policy.

Abysse only offers store credit, not refunds, so I'm now stuck with credit toward a brand that doesn't make what I need. If you require any kind of structured support, don't rely on their pre-sale guidance, verify independently before you buy. I wish I had.

Terrible quality and customer service.

I bought two springsuits from abysse in November last year. One already has a hole worn in the neprene at the elbow. I sent that one back last week (the fact that I had to send it back in a box speaks volumes about how fragile the neoprene is in the first place) and the other one I bought I noticed today is coming apart at the seams on the arm. The customer service was awful too. I was made to feel like I was to blame for their faults. I haven't had any resolution yet. I don't have a good feeling though as they don't offer refunds. Which in itself is a massive red flag. I would never recommend buying their products to anyone. A three month lifespan for a very expensive wetsuit is appalling.

Their wetsuits are trash

The wetsuit I ordered is trash! Made out of bad quality material. Extremely overpriced. For $200 or less you can find excellent quality 2/1 wetsuits from other brands that strive to provide excellent customers service and not trick their customers. No wonder this store doesn’t offer returns or exchanges. This shop should be called Abuse and not Abysse.
I ordered a wetsuit on Black Friday sale and it came damaged, the fit is off! It’s too loose at around my torso and knees but the neck is extremely tight.
I already wrote several complaints and won’t stop there! Abusive businesses like this one must be held accountable!

Items out of stock no refund!

I ordered an item size xs , it ended up being too small. Wanted to size up but they didn’t have ANY items available in size S that were in any way similar to what I bought.
No refunds even in the situation where they are failing at re stocking on time!
The item I bought was 315$ with first time buyer discount. They gave me a gift card for that amount. The actual price of that type of a wet suit from them is 350$ since I ended up STUCK WITH A GIFT CARD I had to pay 60$ extra so 410$ in total for an item that I didn’t even want it was just the only thing available in size S!
I have been reaching out to them and have received no response whatsoever!!

Swimming in styleBeautiful comfortable stylish suits…

Beautiful comfortable stylish suits that aren’t padded..ugh!.. or loaded down with uncomfortable clasps. I have 2 suits and recently ordered another.

Great customer service..I had a tricky return issue that involved two separate exchanges due to size problems. It was handled quickly, courteously and professionally. I even received a free shipping label.

Worth the price ..my suits from the Big Companies, you know who I mean, barely last a year and stretch out after a few weeks. Plus, frumpy! styles.

I swim 5x a week in a water ballet class. I want to look good and feel comfortable.Abysse does that.

Wetsuit does not fit well

Wetsuit does not fit well, used recommendations before ordering, customer service is not interested, not so much as a reply on $500 purchase and zip is faulty, it just slides back down, be careful before purchasing their products
