The device is sonically excellent. The fact that my email wasn’t answered when I inquired how to best place the product, did add a negative to the experience.

I thought the company was excellent in the no nonsense dealing with the product not working well in the context of my system.
So for a company I would give 5 stars for the Lan smooth network filter I would give 2 due to the constant cutouts

Great product, but shipping took forever with no updates or info about delays

The communication between me and the owner was not clear in regards to the shipping date and transit time. That was frustrating given that my audio nervosa
tend towards immediate gratification.😜

Innovative products of the highest fit and finish, that really work. The nicest people in the audio industry, who communicate with customers and ensure that they return to buy. I started with two sets of the extremely effective Auva EQ Isolators for my turntable and power amp and returned for the Serene puck and turntable mat, which have a special synergy and really work well together. If I wasn't already a user of Townshend Seismic Podiums for my loudspeakers, I would definitely be in the market for Auva 100 footers.

Everything works as advertised. I have the Auva 1's and decided to order another set for my CD transport. While ordering I decided to also order the Serene record mat and stabilizer. I had seen a couple of positive Youtube reviews so I pulled the trigger. There are many upgrades one can do that have a marginal influence but not this one. The sound just seemed more defined, refined, and succinct. It's as if my top of the line Dynavector was pulling out more info than it ever had before. I'm 69 years old with tinnitus and if I can hear it....

SMOOTHLAN REGENERATOR. No Switch and no other filters between router and Aurender N200. I really did not know what to expect as this is the first network filter I purchased. I was a little shocked to be honest. Noise floor dropped, there was now more detail, instruments sound more real alive with better dynamics. Sound stage is now taller and wider. So impressed I have ordered 4 sets of Auva EQ’s.

Product and Service exemplary!

First of all the customer service and communication is exceptional from this company Josh is very helpful and is always willing to give advice on what is best for your individual system ie AUVA’s suit different weights of equipment.

I purchased the AUVA equipment isolators for under all my equipment including the AUVA 50, 70 and 100’s speaker isolators for under all my speakers as I have 3 system’s, they truly made an audible difference to my systems ie opening up the sound stage improving the bass etc. once you have tried them you won’t want to send them back. In my system’s it was a significant upgrade.

I also have the new Stack Audio Serene mat and Serene record stabiliser for my Garrard 401 another great product.

Overall a very happy customer.

Both the EQs and AUVA 70s made an immense and immediately noticeable improvement to the sound of my system.These really work and I feel should be obligatory in any system where Clarity, Presence, Imaging and Soundstage are necessary requirements. These are great products and great value
