Excellet service, very attentive and polite. Great! Also they can actually speak spanish which is not very common and as it is my mother tongue I was very surprised to see that they put that extra effort.

James called me when my website went down, and I had no clue on what to do. He explained how my SSL had expired, and walked me through the steps to get it renewed. The best part was that I saved money compared to what I used to pay with Go Daddy. I highly recommend these Gurus!

I am a little late in writing this but I wanted to say thanks to James and the SSLGURU team. My site went down at the worst time, during Black Friday, and I returned James' call and the site was back up in under an hour (didn't know what an SSL was when he was leaving me voicemails).

They just charged me $86 without an advanced notice AND even though I had a $147 credit balance from two years ago when they ripped me off the first time (done through Paypal as an auto pay which I missed then). I wanted a refund for the $147 back then but they wouldn't do it.

Joel Leon made my migration extremely easy. Huge cost savings. Moved away from GoDaddy. They will work around your schedule and make sure you have no downtime with company a huge plus. Definitely a company to do business with.

SCAM. They called my regarding an SSL renew. They used wording never identifying themselves and actually implying to be godaddy directly. Because I was busy I purchased the renewal thinking it was with godaddy. They called to follow up and "assist" with the installation. That's when they asked for my godaddy username and password. At that point the red flags went up and I had to stop what I was doing and dig to find out what is going on.
BECARFUL with this shady company.

Josh did a GREAT job, got everything up and secure before my SSL expired.

Thank goodness for Eddie. He contacted me to let me know my SSL certificate had expired which was supposed to be handled by my I.T. company, but as usual they were nowhere to be found. He was able get my site back up quicker than my previous prover and for about half the price. Great work!

Eddie saved the day! I forgot to renew my SSL and luckily Eddie was there to get my site back up quick. My customers use my website to book appointments, so when I realized my entire site was down I was really panicking. Usually it takes me a week to get these things renewed, but Eddie got me back online in 20 minutes! 10 out of 10

SCAM ALERT!!! I received a cold call...RED Flag... and since my SSL was expired and I was busy, I agreed to renew my SSL with SSL Guru. The agent said that it would cost $169 for 5 years of the SSL. Sounds too good to be true? It is! He said that my Godaddy acount was not giving him access to the Cpanel and that was why he couldn't get the SSL to upload. I called Godaddy and they said that was a lie and that he should have no problems uploading the SSL. I then reseached the company and found multiple fraud and scam alerts. Well, add mine now to the list. I requested a refund and was told it would take a week for the refund. Today, I received and email stating I will not receive a refund. Luckily, my credit card company set up a dispute and with my documentation of the promise of the refund, I am covered. DO NOT GIVE THIS COMPANY ANY MONEY THEY ARE SCAM ARTIST!
