Thanks for all your help Gurus! My webmaster was unreachable and Alex helped me renew my SSL in minutes. Great service!

Had a representative call and tell me my site had expired. He said for 199.00 for three years , he could have it up and running in 30 minutes. I waited for a few hours called back. Then another representative told me they could get into my site to renew… he said he would have to go in through the back door so it would take a little while longer. Waited a few days my site was still not up. Called back with no answer. I had to get someone else to upload certificate and pay them to do it ( at which within 10 minutes it was up.). I cancelled the charge…. Didn’t hear anything from them until the 9th of October telling me I had until the 10th to ask for refund. I was on vacation, and didn’t get a chance within that 12 hour period.
These people offer services they do not provide. And to anyone that is inexperienced with internet site workings ( they definitely take advantage of them). I would NOT RECOMMEND THEM FOR ANYTHING. They are not helpful or honest.

SSLGuru renewed and installed my SSL in 20 minutes (my site had been down for 10 days). Looking into their IonBlade hosting services because Alex has provided rapid response and seems to know more than the guys I’m currently using.

I was called to renew my SSL cert. I did not remember SSL Guru, only that my host said I never needed SSL Guru and that they overcharge. I advised the SSL Guru rep to send me an email and I would get back to them.

In my research I discovered I did not need SSL Guru as I was already covered. I advised SSL Guru via email of this. No response from them other than to continue to attempt to charge a bad card repeatedly.

After working with them for my SSL certificate I know I can trust them. They made everything so smooth in getting my site back up and running normally and communicated with me every step of the way. Get SsL Guru!

I started using SSLGURU hosting services for my business’s site a couple years ago. Anytime l've had questions or concerns, Mark has been my guy. I’m very busy with work so I really appreciate that he's available whenever I need him.

A shoutout of appreciation to Ben from SSLGURU. He called me Friday morning to let me know my site’s SSL had just expired. I gave him the okay to renew it. My sales mostly happen on the weekend so I’m very thankful for the timing of the call!

So my business site was about to go down when James called me. He got my money maker back up and running right away. On top of helping me out with keeping my site up, I saved some good money, their price was more than reasonable and significantly cheaper than GoDaddy. James was really professional and patient with my questions and assured me I can call him anytime I have any questions or concerns. Thanks dude I really appreciate your service!

On December 29, 2024 I was contacted by Michael saying that our SSL Certificate was expired and needed immediate attention. I was given the impression that this call was from my service provider, Godaddy. About half way through I paused and specifically asked, "Are you Godaddy?" and Michael answered that his company did the SSL certificates for Godaddy. When I then contacted Godaddy I was informed that SSLguru is not associated with them in any way and my SSL certificate wasn't even expired! The certificate only needed to be inputted again! I called SSLguru to file for a refund but I have not heard anything back. I talked to Michael again and he said he never misrepresented himself but when I told him I specifically asked "are you Godaddy" he said I never asked that. Of course I did. When I searched online I found numerous complaints about SSL Guru stating the same tactics, some of them going back four years. And objective reader would come to the conclusion that this tactic was intentional. It was not a misunderstanding because the answer to my question should have been a firm "no, we are not associated with Godaddy."

Really, really outstanding services done by this team. I didn't have to do anything except let the guys take care of the ssl installation for me. They were super fast
