I'm not an SSL expert and only do this a couple of times each year. SSL247 have now supplied two SSL widlcard certificates for me. The first one installed perfectly straight away. The secend one didn't work at first because I did not follow the correct instructions but they were very helpful in making sure that an expert was available to unravel my mistake.

I have dealt with SSL247 since 2010 and the comany never failed to deliver amazing customer service. As IT Support provider we are always asking to get the certificates while we wait and none other company was able to meet our requirements. Just spent a fruitless half hour trying to talk to another supplier (RapidSSL) and getting frustrated when I fired off a general plea for help to SSL 24/7.

They called me back in less that 30 minutes and after speaking to my support rep MW he had a quote over to me within the hour. Needed to review it after a misunderstanding on my part but he came back to me with a revised quote very quickly and with a price I'm happy with.
