We chose this company for SSL certificates based on their low prices, but the overall experience has been nothing short of frustrating. Their customer portal is outdated, confusing, and missing basic clarity. Critical information is either poorly presented or buried, and many of the links to their own support articles are broken. For a business operating in the cyber security space—where trust, transparency, and clear guidance are essential—they make the entire process opaque and unnecessarily difficult.

Customer support has been equally disappointing. Responses are slow, unhelpful, and often feel like they haven’t even read the original question. Instead of offering solutions, they tend to send yet more broken links or generic replies that fail to address the issue.

To make matters worse, their website proudly displays a “9.4/10” Trustpilot score—something Trustpilot doesn’t even use as a rating format—and even the link from this banner is broken. It’s hard to have confidence in a company that can’t even get its own reputation badge working. (Their actual score is 3.5/5 but recent reviews - after 2022 - are few and far between.)

Yes, the prices are cheap. But when it comes to cyber security—one of the highest priorities for any business—you expect reliability, clarity, and proper support. Unfortunately, this company delivers none of that. We won’t be using them again.

This company looks and operates like a sham. Cannot contact them, no response to emails for days, do not provide support. Avoid like the plague! Our agent Prema is completly unhelpful and there is no way to get through to them. The telephone numbers on their emails do not work - cut off at first ring and the main number is to an answer service and never responded to

Need to get some certificates reissued in a hurry, our account manager Prema Nagulan first day back from vacation got on board and got all sorted.

I've used SSL247 for a while now. I'm not an expert on SSL certs as they only come up occasionally and often I'm not really sure what type of cert I need. Our account manager Premavathi Nagulan always helps me on what's needed and guides me through the process from start to finish.

The most recent renewal had a few problems and to be honest the tech guys aren't that responsive but Prema got involved and it was resolved successfully so very happy.

Total silence. One week so far and no certificate
Re-issued a cert, and passed all validations 1 week ago.
Writing to the support, calling to no avail

No communication now - 10 days taken so far and still no certificate - even though it is simply a re-issue.

I think that is overall a good service. The website is easy to navigate and you can place a certificate order easily and fast.

I think they have gone under. No-one is answering the phones or responding to emails. They also have taken payment for their last invoice twice! Avoid.
