Outstanding customer service
I recently had to make some changes to our SRFax account. I didn't really know much about it as I was taking it over from another manager. Trish was extremely helpful - answered all of my questions, saved me quite a bit of money by getting me into the right plan, and also noticed changes that needed to be made that I didn't know about. Great customer service experience!

Trish did a fantastic job today. I had called with billing problems, entirely on my side, and she was extraordinarily helpful. She was exceedingly pleasant and understanding in reviewing the problem, restored our service immediately, helped me troubleshoot a resolution to the problem and, spontaneously, offered a more appropriate service plan.
It was a pleasure speaking to her and a credit to SRFax's service and team. In homage to Spinal Tap, my experience today rates 6 out of 5!
