A quick and straightforward process
A quick, easy and very satisfactory procedure overall. Payment was made very swiftly. Just one point, simply for clarification: I sent for the return package under the misapprehension that this would include appropriate packaging. However this comprises only a printed label and a post bag; you will still need to find a box and extra protection to ensure your phone arrives securely.

I bought a product from JohnLewis…
I bought a product from JohnLewis that qualified for cashback on my old device. I expected a single button click to claim (along with, maybe, printing a postal label). I really didn't want to create another account that I'll never use again. Some of the text presented, during my claim, was phrased in such a way that I felt that you could opt out of the contract at various stages. I did get my trade in value - so all good in the end ... but difficult/complex process.
