Excellent! Reliable and helpful customer support
It was my first time using the Square1tradein service to trade in my old iMac when I bought a new iMac from John Lewis. I was highly impressed with Square1tradein's excellent customer support through both phone and email, as well as their overall efficiency. After sending my iMac to them, I received their payment via bank transfer promptly within just a couple of days. I highly recommend their service!

Packaging was not sent first time
First time I had requested a packaging to send my phone in for trade in, the order expired because Square1 hadn’t sent the packaging for my phone.
I had requested a second batch of packaging seeing as the first didn’t arrive and this time it was not counted as a trade in and for some reason the price had lowered by £20.
An annoying process to say the least.
