Poor customer service
My immaculate iphone 8 was returned to me saying that two tiny screws were missing. I was offered £10 instead of the original £50.
Apple are the only people to have serviced this phone and no screws had ever been reported missing before.
When i refused the £10 my phone was returned but not in its original box with accessories as it was sent. I was told this was in their terms and conditions. I will never use or recommend this company to anyone.

Fantastic service
Fantastic service. My old mobile was sent to them on the Saturday via snail mail and I had the money in my account by Monday Evening. You don’t get better service than that!
