Just moved, 5 stars.
Early days, but so far I'm very impressed with customer service, pricing, and quality of service. It's so much better than EE, even though Spusu uses EE.
Cell speed is excellent.
Keep up the good work, guys!

I'd bought a new e-card as they had a great deal, and was given a changeover date over a week later. I wanted to transfer my mobile number, but when I ordered I was given a prompt to download an e-SIM, and then told by my phone that it didn't work.
Partially on me for not understanding how the transfer works, but there was a slightly confused back and forth with their team over email – I was unsure if I needed to download a new e-SIM before or after transfer. Feel silly now, it's after! But I'm unfamiliar with these things.
Luckily I spoke to a really helpful member of their team on the transfer day – she was so lovely, I wish I'd gotten her name – thank you, to her.
All transferred easily on the day and working great now, but when you purchase, I'd recommend having a clearer explainer that you don't need to do anything until approx after 4pm on your transfer day, when you'll be notified by your old provider that it's all transferred :-)

Switched from Vodafone to spusu for 2 numbers back in jan earlier this year.
Signal is much better, only issue is the voicemail option are atrocious and extremely amateur. Sort it out spusu. This is basics your messing up on! If sorted the overall rating will improve across the client base.
Thanks.

The customer service is amazing. Nothing is ever too much trouble and the team just seem to make things that used to be complicated and annoying really easy and flexible. The mobile service is great and a massive improvement. Thank you for making dealing with mobile contracts a breeze.

New SIM card not arrived and old SIM disabled. Response received after email then Whatsapp, SIM card is sent by mail but not arrived. Hope this can be resolved asap.
Update: SIM card probably held up in the post office (13 days late), lucky my phone supports eSIM and they responded, now problem solved.

Tried to purchase a SIM only deal (which can only be done online). However they need 8 days to transfer my number. Called the helpline but the lovely lady was unable to change this. So beware.

I’ve been with Spusu for over a year and I’ve found them to be extremely helpful when I’ve needed help. Their service has been great, the reception is much better than my previous providers and all at a very competitive price.
Definitely, Spusu are worth trying if you want great reception at a great price

Awful company absolutely useless!!!
Ported number over on the 1st of May, still waiting 2 weeks later!!!! Been without my number for over 2 weeks, no one has been able to get hold of me and it has caused so much grief and hassle. I'm so angry with the lack of care and urgency after multiple complaints. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY
Ben was amazing. So easy to get things sorted. Phone answered pretty much straight away, no automated system, UK based call centre. Everything was very good and Ben went over and above with advice and support. So far, we cant be more happy with Spusu

I moved to Spusu a few months ago when my contract with one of the big providers ended. I couldn't be happier. I get the same allowance at 30% of the price, PLUS free EU roaming. No signal degradation and BETTER 5g availability. I needed some help with the switch (twice) and the customer service was fantastic. No menus but straight through to a friendly, knowledgeable UK agent that deals with the issue. No annoying up selling, just service focused assistance. It must be 20yrs + since I experienced this type of first class customer service. Spusu could become a victim of success of their great offering but let's hope not.

Sun 26th April 10.40am: Messaged spusu to request a physical SIM (instead of the eSIM I'd originally signed up for) and delay porting date from 1st May to 7th May.
Mon 27th April 3pm: Response from spusu, "If your SIM hasn't arrived by the 6th at 4:30, please reach out to us so we can take a look for you." (I thought, that could be cutting it a bit fine with the Bank Holiday coming up, but presumably they know what they're doing...)
Fri 1st May 8am (SEVERAL working days later): Automated email from spusu, "Your new SIM card... will be sent to your address today" (leaving only 2 working days for it to arrive).
Mon 4th May: Bank Holiday
Wed 6th May 5.20pm: Messaged spusu to request porting be delayed again because their SIM had indeed failed to arrive.
=== No response ===
Thu 7th May 3.50pm: My number having been ported, leaving my number unreachable, sent spusu an urgent message, "You didn't action my request, and I now have no working mobile number! NOT HAPPY!"
=== No response ===
Fri 8th May 4.10pm: Signed up with Lebara.
Sat 9th May 4.10pm: Requested a PAC code from my spusu online account (and that, at least, did work!)
Mon 11th May 11am: Lebara SIM arrived in the post.
Mon 11th May 2.20pm: Finally received spusu response, "Dear Customer. Apologies for the delay in response to your email! I can see that you have since requested a PAC code from us. Is there anything further that we can assist with?" No greeting by name. No mention of what I said. No apology for letting me down. No acknowledgement of the issue that's making me abandon them immediately.
Mon 11th May 4.15pm (this review): spusu SIM has still not arrived.
Tomorrow am: getting my number back with Lebara :o)

Very bad experience with this service network provider. Most of the time network 5G to E within 1 minute gose down. I suffered plenty time to talk direct phone call aswell even emergency time I couldn’t call my family. Waste of money even It's a painful service provider.

Been with Spusu for 12 months now and really pleased with my sim only contract. Was paying over £70/m to EE and needed to cut my outgoings. Transfer was smooth and not had any issues in the 12 months

So far, I'm disappointed. They don't respond to my messages:(.. The eSIM card isn't compatible with my Samsung Watch 8, and I haven't found any information that this is the case. There's only information about other manufacturers, such as Apple, Google Pixel, and Huawei. I probably won't use this company again due to the very poor service quality.
