Preparing a property brochure
Although the proof of the whole experience will come in realising our sale, the service to date has been very good. Charles Thresh took over marketing of our property including new professional photos and within a week came back to us with a property brochure to review. We were happy with this having been allowed to suggest a small addition to the wording.

Springbok were fabulous.
Springbok was a fabulous choice for me. From start to finish Bethan kept me upto date with the progress of selling my property in MK14. The staff are professional, cheerful and very easy to get into contact with. I would highly recommend Springbok because you get everything they say they will do, done with the minimum of fuss. Bethan Wilkins was my 1st point of contact and was a credit to the company.

I recently purchased my new house via Springbok properties in Manchester (M11). I would like to formally escalate a complaint regarding a property viewing we had booked through Springbok.
We made the effort to arrange and attend the appointment at the agreed time, but unfortunately, no one was there to attend the viewing. There was no prior communication or notification to let us know that the appointment would not be attended.
This is extremely disappointing and a complete waste of our time. When an appointment is confirmed, we expect the agent to honour it or, at the very least, inform us in advance if there is an issue.
I would like this matter to be escalated and an explanation provided as to why nobody attended the scheduled viewing. I also expect this experience to be recorded as a formal complaint.
Based on this experience, I am extremely dissatisfied with the service provided by Springbok and would give the service a 0-star rating. I would also like to know what action will be taken to prevent this from happening to other customers.
I look forward to your response and an explanation.

I’ve had a really positive experience
I’ve had a really positive experience dealing with Annie throughout my purchase.
Buying a property can be quite stressful, especially when there are lots of different things going on behind the scenes, but Annie has been really helpful throughout the process. She’s kept me updated, responded to my questions and, importantly, has always taken the time to chase things up when something needed progressing.
What I’ve appreciated most is that I’ve never felt like I was left wondering what was happening. Even when there were delays or things were taking longer than expected, Annie kept me informed and helped keep everything moving.
She’s been friendly, professional and genuinely helpful from start to finish. I’m very grateful for the support she’s given me during the purchase and would happily recommend her to anyone going through the process.

Highly recommend Bethan and the whole team at Springbok
Each person we dealt with along the way was wonderful, keeping us clearly informed and up-to-date with progress. Bethan was fabulous - always on the case, and an excellent link with our buyers and our solicitors. I had a chat with Craig Pendlebury from Springbok Properties. He is one of their acquisition managers. I found him to be both patronising and condescending. After my call with this guy, I quickly worked out how Springbok actually works. It is in my honest opinion, that they prey on people who are absolutely desperate to sell and get them far under what the property is worth. Before listing my property I had taken advice from several other estate agents, all of whom you’d expect to know what they’re talking about. They all valued my property at £150,000. Springbok wanted to offer me £130,000 for my property. I just felt that once he knew that I wasn’t interested in going that low, he started to sound quite condescending and patronising which completely put me on edge, hence why I abruptly ended the call with them!
