I am extremely disappointed with Springbok Properties. Following a dispute over an £840 invoice, which was later cancelled as a goodwill gesture, I discovered that an application had been made to the Land Registry concerning my property without my knowledge or consent. I am seriously concerned about the legitimacy of this application, which is now hindering the sale of my property to another buyer.
My solicitor has had to request its removal, and the lack of a timely response has caused unnecessary delays, stress and uncertainty. I believe this situation has been handled unprofessionally, and I would not recommend Springbok Properties based on my experience.

We note your comments regarding the invoice, which we were pleased to cancel as a gesture of goodwill.
In relation to the Land Registry application, it is standard practice for estate agents to protect their agreements through a sole selling rights clause. The notice registered against the property reflects the sole selling rights set out within the agreement entered into at the outset. It only comes into effect if the property is sold to a buyer introduced by Springbok during the term of that agreement, and it does not otherwise prevent a sale to a buyer found independently. The terms of the agreement, including these provisions, are provided before instruction so that customers have the opportunity to review them before deciding whether to proceed.
We also note that your solicitor has requested its removal. Any such request is considered in accordance with the contractual position and the circumstances of the individual transaction, and we will respond to your solicitor directly.
Whilst we appreciate that you are unhappy with how this has been handled, thank you for taking the time to share your feedback.

This is a great company specialising in helping sellers find cash buyers that don't want anymore stressful issues. I'm dealing with Marc Silvestre as a buyer presently and he's "on the ball" with genuine care for what he does. My family are Landlords and we've dealt with SPRINGBOK a few times without issue.

Refreshing to see an estate agency that doesn't over value properties by 30% just to get business.
Realistically priced, fast moving towards completion... Perfect for sellers who need to move quickly.
Dan was nice and explained how the process runs quickly so we can get things wrapped up promptly.
If I was a distressed seller, who needs to sell and move quickly, I would definitely consider them.
