Spring Savings Reviews 

After one investment matured, I looked round the market for a new option. Not heard of "SPRING" but found it was part of Paragon, which I'd used in the past so it was even easier to set up but I still checked safety at FSCS again first. Savings limit is £20,000 but even when you hit that you'll still be on their mailing list and receive invitations to make more deposits so that needs sorting. At time of investment (May 2026) interest is 4.3%variable on the Special Edition Easy Saver. (Tembo Savings offered a higher rate but FSCS list it as not protected).

The Spring app and account is really easy to use and I'm no techy. I really like how you can set it up to see how much is in your linked account. Great rate of interest for an easy access account.

I opened a ‘Special Edition Easy Saver’ account via the Spring app. Very clear app and easy to transfer in funds (via your linked current acc) and they appear instantly which is reassuring. Good rate at present but the only disappointment for me is that the account has a max balance of £20k! They do have a normal ‘Easy Saver’ but the interest rate is not market leading so won’t be opening that acc. Seems a bit daft to launch a special account that can only hold such a small amount. I guess Spring don’t need the extra cash injection at present!! Apart from this appears to be a decent bank to do business with.

Difficult to link another bank account and unable to add additional funds to the opening balance. Don't know how easy it will be to transfer out yet.

Spring-Savings is a very easy site to use. Straightforward to open an account with good interest rates. Can definitely recommend it.

The customer services is very slow should you need to contact them.I waited 20 minutes to be told my application will be looked at hopefully tomorrow after already waiting 2 days. The app says they'll get back to you within 24 hours but theu don't even bother.

I'm a new customer so my experience is limited.
I found the account application process easy and swift, as was acceptance. Spring are part of Paragon Bank who I am also a customer of and which influenced my decision to join Spring.
I opted for their special rate account. The app. seems to be fine so all is well so far.

All so easy to set up. Can't fault it.
