Would like to thank customer service for their assistance. The quality is very good. Give four stars for a graphic on the hoodie (doesn’t look as bright as on the picture).

Fast delivery, good products, shirts a little bad smell

The baby onesies we got were very good quality and the print was clean and clear. We had black and green on our prints and they turned out very good with strong colour depth. There weren't any tears to the fabric or loose stings hanging from seams which gave a sense of quality. The fabric was soft and I imagine it feels nice for the baby as well. Would say that they're pretty true to size. Ordering was easy and the package arrived on time as promised. If I need more I'll definitely order from here again!

The hoodies I ordered are ok, navy blue color was as in the picture on the webpage but the white print looks like I did the print myself. We had only white text printed to both sides and gotta say I wouldn't order from this place anymore.

Delivery issues. Tried to deliver home without prior notification and package arrived finally almost two months late. Would not order Christmas gifts (or anything else) again.

Quick delivery, good quality print

We ordered the T-shirts with express delivery to Germany because we needed them to me on time for our event. Unfortunately, we got a totally wrong package. The customer service couldn't be reached via phone, email, Facebook (within working hours). After some "detective work", we found out that the T-shirts that we got belong to an organization in the Netherlands. We wrote them to ask if they got our T-shirts, they mentioned yes, and they had already contacted Spreadshirt and their order is already being reprinted while they can keep ours. When we finally got a reply from Spreadshirt Service, we were instructed to pack the wrong T-shirts back, add the return label and leave it for a collection from the hotel's concierge - which we did right away.

3 weeks after the day we actually needed the T-shirts we still did not have them and have not heard anything from the Spreadshirt team. We contacted them again and they said they haven't received the returned package of the wrong order from us yet. And after spending a lot of extra efforts communicating back and forward we got our order finally with over a month of delay.

The mistake is understandable but how the case was handled was awful as customer experience.

Just love my new 'there is no planet b' hoodie. Good quality, good size, good deliery.

We had a big order with loads of different kind of products. I made a mistake with one of them and the print was placed wrong, but chancing the products to correct ones was super smooth and new pieces arrived quickly. I also like the quality of clothes we bought. Sizing was a bit loose, but better this way than the other!
