Product was good
Product was good. And my complaint is not directed towards it.
My complaint is towards the delivery. I paid for express service Which was as much or more than the product i ordered, and as a thanks UPS doesnt call me when they delivered the parcel, instead they didnt say anything. After calling UPS and waiting online for at least 30min, they tell me spread shirt has not given them my number. As a result, i had to go and pick my order up, waste more time and then realize that UPS has lied to me. Because my phone number was in fact on the parcel.
I would like to know if this is standard. And if i would have the time i would have rwturned this order because of horrible service.

I am sorry you were unhappy with the UPS delivery. As a matter of fact, UPS does not always call ahead of time to inform you of the delivery, but you do get a tracking link from us to follow the progress of your delivery and when/where it can be picked up.
According to our tracking information, your parcel is delivered now and even a day before the estimated delivery date, but please get in touch with our customer care team again if you have any further questions about this delivery.

Bad printing quality
I ordered a printed hoodie as a gift for my colleague. The delivered product has a lower quality. The printing in real life looks dimmer than that in the picture.
