Subscription cancelation

I like their apparel and its quality. However, the onboarding Ts and Cs are not clearly defined. I was surprised when my account was debited without my approval, hence I would like to close the account.

Claire was able to assist me and was helpful.

I was not aware that i entered into an agreement of your company debiting my account for goods i did not require. The add i saw on Facebook was then misleading. the add did not mention punching sportswear or else i would not have given my bank details in this case. i am a 60year old women why would i opt to purchase sportswear.
