Still no refund – had to block card after second unauthorized charge

Initially I received a polite reply from “Alero” promising a refund within 5–7 business days. That never happened.

Instead, a second unauthorized charge was made to my card the next day. I had to block my credit card and now must go through a formal dispute process to recover my money.

The website looked convincing but turned out to be a front for misleading sales or worse. I warn others to stay away.

If this is resolved fairly, I will update the review.

Refund of personal error

I really made an error in joining Sportswearnow as I thought I was on another site paying for a totally unrelated product. However, on explaining my problem, they have kindly refunded my money.
