I've been dealing in sportswear for 30 years and have met and dealt with Tanja and her team on several occasions. In recent years I have been warned by most of my UK colleagues not to deal with her due to the reasons outlined on this review page, but decided to make my own mind up and purchased a football shirt parcel two months ago that I paid for immediately - Every week since I have asked for tracking, an update, anything that can help me locate it - "It's stuck in customs"...No problem, what is the tracking number so I can find it myself? Nothing, zilch.....I was then removed from her mailing list and blocked from her emails and I'm left £400 down. In such a close knit community where things are tough at the moment, it is business suicide to blatantly steal from decent, hard working fellow sportswear traders and you should be absolutely ashamed of yourself. I will be telling every customer I've ever worked with in the UK and abroad just how dishonest your business practices are.

The worst company we have ever dealt with by far. Their Customer service is shocking and so rude. We firstly received the wrong order, which was also defective with all items very badly stained. We then contacted them and they said they were not willing to accept return or refund. They just told us to sell them and to stop contacting them! AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS. TOTAL SCAM

Not Recommend at all.
Very very bad service.
You don´t chose sizes, they deliver sizes that they want. I have order 5 pairs of shoes and t-shirts all the five had the same size.
If they send items that you din´t chose, they don´t collect it or return your money.
If they don´t deliver the goods they don´t do the credit correctly or simple don´t respond.
The goods are always delivered after more than 15 days. I have wait 2 months after payment was done.
If you talk with them they insult you and don´t listen, don´t care. Don´t have a good service, very bad.
Be very careful.

Orders do not match what I ordered
I ordered sneakers: 10 PAIRS
Size: 40 to 45 (EU sizes)
I received only large sizes.2x40 4x44 4x45
I returned the goods.
Neither refund and no exchange.

I ordered other goods (never received.) 10 items.
Value: more than 400 €
Despite numerous mails, and personal letter, I have not received my package.
Be careful.
