I do like the exercises but...

I do like the exercises but I am not flexible. Sitting with legs in yoga position is not comfortable. But I will get better.

I can't believe their app thinks I look old

I'm actually upset with the results I was going to pay for this but it said on my results I'm aging fast that is a complete lie I still look like a teenager and I have good genetics most people in my family don't even age My own grandmother doesn't even have wrinkles so I don't understand why my results say I'm aging fast And my family people in their 30s still look like teenagers everything else I felt was right but I'm skeptical of this service because it keeps saying that I was going to help you look younger I don't need to look younger If I look any younger people really going to question me more that I'm not an adult I look so young that people still think I'm a minor so I don't know if I can fully trust this service since it thinks I'm aging physically and that's a lie As a spiritual person I do feel that this app is telling me the truth that I have certain things blocked but how can I trust a service when it thinks that I look old not everybody who is stressed out that's gone through lots of trauma looks like what they physically gone through

I just went through lessons 1 through…

I just went through lessons 1 through 3. I left my home to run an errand, and I felt light as a feather and really energised! The one thing I enjoyed was that I was walked through the exercises in a video, and it was nice not to have to read the steps. I hope to add the entire program to my daily life.

Ella is a gem and deserves a promotion…

Ella is a gem and deserves a promotion for the way she handled my complaint. I sent an email this morning complaining about being charged again even though I had cancelled my subscription and within half an hour Ella responded. Her words were acknowledging and supportive which is most difficult to find with other companies. She handled my situation in such a wonderful and generous way! She is a keeper!

offered a refund will update when received. untruthfully spirio says they didn’t have my email. strange as been communicating with them alot

the AI “ man” is so creepy.
then unbeknown to me I was charged a subscription fee. i never knowingly signed up for that ….so beware.
their website is unclear and very difficult from signing into to canceling
i am still waiting to see if my sub is refunded. i can but hope. I will update the review if I do,
I really dislike the deceipt of some companies
