Excellent! Very good webshop for your spices. They stopped shipping to Belgium because of the high shipping costs, but they made an exception because I asked to ship it anyway. Everything came quickly and as ordered with good future due dates.

Products are fine, packaging was disappointing
The delivery overall was a little slower than expected (ordered a lot of heavy stuff, understandable). The packaging was sub-par when opening my box, one of my flour package was broken and so flour was spilled everywhere in the box. To my surprise, the flour packet that was busted open had tape on it. I can only assume, during packaging, the bag was already broken and someone tried to seal it up again with tape and then still decided to ship an already broken packaging.
The support responded very quickly, although I am not fully satisfied with the solutions proposed, it's still understandable (hence the two stars instead of one). I will still order again in the future and hope this won't happen again.
I am all for good quality products and I do believe this seller has quality products but this shipping did not give me a great first impression.
(edit: moved up from 2 to 3 stars. I appreciate the overall responsiveness from their customer support, hope that in the future nobody has to experience this)

Thanks again for your feedback. We are a startup and every order in the beginning was challenging for us. We had free shipping for a order of 27kg what basically is a loss for us due the costs. So there is a surcharge above 22kg. We fixed that for all the new orders.
We were shocked to see the flour package damaged like that. We have contacted the manufacturer aswell. As the package breaks easy when picking up. That was the comment of our orderpicker. It is a common brand TRS we use for years. But it is surely our fault that the packaging was not done correctly.
Meanwhile the new orders are packed extra good. So it wont happen again.
We gave you a refund for the besan, and 10% off your next order.
If anything else makes you happy just tell us. We do our best to keep you as our customer.
We have trustpilot to learn from our customers, not to tell that we are the best with 5 star reviews, or fake reviews which can be placed easily.

Sometimes it is rushing to the postnl businesspoint to get our packet dispatched to deliver nextday. This makes it worth it double :)
Support was very good
Support was very good. But few products were not available and still online.... Refunded back... But it's not that clear in billing what was refunded unless checked original and new order pages.

Dear Nilam, first of all thanks for your feedback. As a wholesale business we normally sell in wholesale packets. It is difficult to track the inventory. To cover this in the future we made a separate inventory for our webshop only. Regarding the refund. We send an automated mail after clicking the refund button for the specific item. We will double check that. Fortunately we mentioned about the out of stock item through our business whatsapp before sending the packet. Hopefully the experience will be perfect the next time :)
