Speed Track is awesome!

We got one for our son's 7th birthday. Usually incredibly active, he'd had a rather nasty arm break just before and had been fragile and sedentary for a week.

His first 'exercise' was running up and down zooming cars, collecting cars, zooming cars again, fetching more cars, and on and on. The arrival of Speed track genuinely felt like a change in trajectory for his healing.

We recently used the track for a stall at our school summer fair - a token for three cars and try to jump into a bucket (bullseye) or into the surrounding hoop. Cars went everywhere, much joy was had, and more than £200 worth of tokens were spent!

It's been on holiday with us and, a year since he got it, it still comes out on a fairly regular basis.

The sales material showed loop the loop capability - I have not yet been able to master a loop the loop for my children - with several adults input. The track is really only good for smooth inclined runs, jumps or kicks on the track will cause the car to fall off/crash much to the kids frustration and disappointment. Given the 5m length was c£45 at the time, I expected something higher quality. I’ve tried a variety of cars - hot wheels etc to no avail. sadly the concept (which looks good on the website), did not live up to reality.

Great product, my son has spent countless hours using the track. And when we had an issue with the track, the company were quick to respond and a provide a suitable resolution. Highly recommend

Track lasted less than 12months with very little use. Contacted customer services after 12 months to be told I could have a small discount on a new track.

For a product that will cost less than a couple of pounds to manufacture and sold for £30+ you would expect better service when it clearly has manufacturing defects.

Shame as if the plastic used was more flexible and less brittle it would have been great.

I purchased our speed track last summer. It's been used a lot and we've enjoyed making different tracks and testing different cars, the cars glide amazingly well on the track so lots of opportunities for jumps and fun races. We have used it overseas, in the garden and indoors and it works great everywhere.
I've contacted support twice, each time their service has been second to none. The replies are quick, friendly and totally customer oriented. I would not hesitate in recommending this product or this company

I had ordered the Track including 2 cars for my Grandsons Birthday. My parcel arrived on a Saturday morning, when I opened the box there was only the track inside, no cars.
I emailed after opening the box and much to my surprise I received a response within 15 mins, it was Bank holiday weekend therefore I did not expect a reply until at least Tuesday.
Lauren responded, apologised and informed she will send the Cars straight away, they arrived today Tuesday. Thank you for sorting this out so quickly

Fantastic after sales service from this company. My son loved his Speed Track when it was opened on Christmas Day, however we had some issues with it not being very flexible. No problem at all with the company, after initial contact and very speedy response. They very quickly dispatched a replacement track which is nice and flexible, and my 4 year old son absolutely loves it. Great product and service.

I ordered the track in February for my son’s 5th birthday he absolutely loves it. Unfortunately multiple cracks developed which I was upset about however I contacted customer service and the response I had was brilliant. The problem was dealt with straight away and a new track was sent out which I received the following day.
Would defo recommend this business and the speed track to any parent of a car crazy child!

Excellent customer service; my original order got lost in transit so after an email to customer services, Lauren promptly organised for another speed track to be sent out which arrived a few days later.
My two boys are loving their speed track and making different tracks! Highly recommend.

Great company with great customer service to match. Experienced a fault with our Speedtrack but the customer service team were quick to arrange a replacement for delivery.

What a fantastic little company! The speed track product is great and our son loves it - it also arrived unbelievably quickly. We did experience a quality issue and the team dealt with it so well with excellent responsiveness and service. We also needed some help with a missing part after a breakage and again they were so helpful and generous. Truly impressed and would definitely recommend!

My nephew loves his Speed Track, it couldn’t be easier to use either.
I had an enquiry recently and had to contact customer services.
The team couldn’t have been more helpful and prompt. My request was resolved entirely within an hour, where other businesses with similar queries have taken days and sometimes weeks.

Would absolutely recommend this to anyone with children (or adults) who love toy cars!!

The speed track is such a brilliant idea and has provided lots of fun for both my toddlers. I like that the possibilities are endless and we are forever trying to create the perfect loop! Customer service is prompt and helpful also. Definitely recommend!!

The track is great, really simple to set up and put away. I had to a follow up query with customer service and they couldn't have been more helpful. Really impressed.

This is great for any car obsessed little one and did provide lots of entertainment for my little boys.

Ours however is now pretty much unusable with several cracks and splits after a year of occasional use. I did reach out to speed track and was told there had been issues with a small number of tracks. They did offer 20% off a new track however for the price I hope for more longevity in a toy.

Having read more reviews here, I can see this seems to be a common issue.

Great idea and thought it would save a lot of time not having to push track etc together. Unfortunately after 3 months its unusable and cracked in about 10 spots, so pretty disappointed overall

Our track had begun to split and was unusable. I was going to put it in the recycling when I decided to email the company. I am now being sent a new track and have three happy kids. Thank you!
