Cons:
Management takes advantage of the employees. Since they know that a lot of us like our job, they try to exploit us as much as possible. Management makes me work on things that are beyond my real job. The pay is decent, but the stress in the workplace is not compensated enough, specially since the benefits are not that great.
Pros:
The work itself is very exciting and most co-workers are nice.
