Avoid at all costs! Terrible customer service.

The absolute worst customer service I have EVER experienced! I held off purchasing for ages as their products are expensive, finally bought a cream, it never arrived and I’ve had over 40 emails, 2 months, a DPD investigation, filled out a legal form they requested that I never received it, and STILL no refund. And it’s only £70, but it’s the principle! You have to send 5 chaser emails to get 1 back. They never respond. AWFUL. Has put me off the brand for life. Avoid, spend your money on a company with good customer service.
