Very Good service

Very Good service, high efficient work. Really impressed by Jakob in the Aalborg Jutlander bank.
I have compared 3 banks, and this is the quickest one. Less waiting time, swift response.

Highly recommend Jutlander Bank

I can only say good thing of the bank, it is a pleasure to be part of it. From the first minute, everyone was extremely kind with us and help us a lot in all the process although we don’t speak fluent Danish and we need to do everything in English. I can feel a big difference with my previous bank, here I feel a real member and they really take care and want to know me. They took the time to explain me everything regarding the bank with a meeting of more than one hour and as well they want to know about me and my dreams.
I would like to recognize Tina Halland who was very helpful at every time and was always calling us to explain us all the process and bringing calm.

It started as a success-stories and…

It started as a success-stories and ended up being messy, confusing and very bad service experience.

2 years ago i got through (via my network) to a very service-minded and good banking advisor at Jutlander who convinced me to switch bank and get all my financial activities to Jutlander Frederiksberg.

I must say i got a very personal and good service. I had plenty of money and i took loans to buy a nice apartment. However, since then, i havent experienced a worse customer-management experience in a long, long time:

1. Every 3-4 months, my advisor has been changed (making it impossible to have the same level of trust and relation)
2. Often it has taken up to 6-7 days to get an answer on simple questions
3. Since i stopped making the same money as when i was Director, and went into entrepreneurship, the bank has been given me increasingly limited options, in terms of loan possibilities, while other banks were completely open to get me a loan.
4. The last couple of months, it stands clear that Jutlander is a very story that started good, as I wasnt even notified that I have gotten a new advisor.

Besides that, their tech product is UX wise very bad. If you are fan of e-banking and mobile-banking, and a frequent user, dont chose Jutlander.

Sorry that you had af bad experience.

I looked into it, and I can see that you have had 3 advisors. It is never postive for the relation or trust.
We have a 24 hour rule! We answer with in 24 hours on bankdays. In a resent customer satisfaction survey with 6000 respondents, we scored 93 on that question. Sorry you did not have that experience.

I relation to the limited options, you are correct. The danish banks are under strict regulations wrt. income, jobsecurity and the size the persons debt compared to income.

We admit that we dont have the best E-solutions on the market. Thats no secret.
But again we get high ratings in our surveys, and we are working hard to update the UX and functions in general.

Great Bank!

I have a really good relationship with my bank manager in Copenhagen. When I was in the process of buying an apartment, I could call her any time any day. I felt taken care of, and the process was transparent and honest.
And I didn't find a better offer at any other bank.

Thomas Beck - Best Bank Advisor

It's started by looking for a new home. Uncounted meetings with realtors, open houses, and hours spend online, i finally did find an apartment. Since i knew was only the beginning, i start visiting banks. Different rules, different numbers, different personal treatment from bank to bank.
Last try was Jutlander Bank, where i meet Thomas Beck.
Was for the first time when i didn't fell sceptic and frightened. I was treated like a normal human being, and not just a number on a chart. The whole process went incredible smoothly. Thomas helped me in every possible way.
Even the transition from another bank to Jutlander i didn't have to do a thing, just to install a new app on the phone.
With employee like Thomas, isn't debatable it's the best bank on the market right now.

First-class service

Super happy with the bank and it’s service. Our bank adviser Thomas is the best! Always reachable, quickly replies to questions, and consults so it makes sense to us - a true advisor! The real estate purchase was smooth and easy, and still half a year later all is great. Highly recommended.

I would like to thank Jutlander Bank …

I would like to thank Jutlander Bank (Løgstør) and in particular Jørgen Østerballe, for a hassle-free transition into Jutlander Bank and for helping me enter the housing market of North Jutland. Their support, personal as well as electronic, has been accurate, extensive and timely.

Oh, and darn fine coffee as well - nothing like a solid cup of black mocca (or two) after arriving home from 22 hours of travel and straight to the bank to discuss topics that will have far-reaching consequences for the future!

Hi Reader..!

I have had Jutlander Bank for many years now, and have had Jannie Østergaard Bro as my advisor. I am very Very happy with the with the service I have had through the bank, both when I was self-employed, "In need of help and advice" and now that I am in the process of buying a house.
Both Jannie and the staff at Jutlander are up most professional, very service minded and always have a smile and ready to help. You get the 5 ***** from me mainly because of Jannie, her energy, smile and readiness to help at all times has given me a warm and safe feeling, knowing that I have never had to think about anything when it comes to the bank.
Would I recommend anyone else...! Without a doubt, Yes... If all other Jutlander Banks are as Professional and service minded as mine in Aalborg... Yes :-)

I guess the only normal bank in denmark

Everything is fine, when I asked them to translate me the contract into english they did it orally (too bad but at least they tried). Lately contact and service got worst, I have to wait long for an answer, that's why 4 start.
