I totally recommend Cecilie Jung Sørensen as bank advisor. She was in charge of creating a new loan, after a family change. She was very efficient and working for a better deal, but the most important was her humanity.

It isa bank for young people, My wife want to borrow some money. The problem was that I am to old 62 yaears old and will soon be dead. They will not support old customer even if you have 4 miljon in your pension account.

The anology of a bank suits this peticular bank perfectly. A bank gives you an umbrella when it’s sunny and takes it away when it rains.

I applied for a small, short term loan that my salary alone covers, after several months of ‘extra required details’, the bank then required details of my pension, perplexed I duly supplied the information… a further few weeks and the decision was no … a reason given was that my pension was lacking in later years. Now I know how financial institutions calculate exposure, 2 important questions… 1, will the applicant pay, …2, can the applicant pay. …I tick both boxes. To have my pension used as an excuse shows how this LITTLE bank shows disregard for long standing customers, add to this a substantial hike in costs since their merger, lack of empathy in customer relations…. You only have to read the replies in the reviews here to see that the so called customer support is resentful at best.

I was never able to understand how the loans worked in Denmark before we met Kristina. She was so patient and walk me through everything. What a great service!

Great bank, great service. Only thing is that you cannot put money (coins) in you account on Sjælland. I find it quite annoying that my children cannot put their savings in coins into the bank account.
Edit: Vi HAR prøvet filialen på Falkoner Alle, men man kan kun sætte sedler ind - og ikke mønter. Det er ikke særlig smart at man ikke kan sætte mønter i banken…

Is not possible 0 stars?! I had just bad experience with this bank. It doesn't respect their clients, especially the foreigners. I talk from my experience and this is a racist bank. I wanted to transfer my money to another card and they block my transfer. Practically they let me without money for two weeks now. I call them and everytime they say sorry and that they will fix the probleme and soon I will have my money. It passed 2 weeks and nothing. Your sorrys doesn't put food on my table. You don't care about your clients and this is just one of my bad experiences, the last one that happend. I have others more... Soo because of your incompetence I get to suffer, me and my family, that's way wherever I have the possibility I will make you bad publicity. If you don't respect me why should I?

It used be good but for some unknown reason the customer service turned to a super horrible situation. It has been two months that my account has had problem in money transferring and no one fixed it yet. yesterday my account totally stopped working while I was shopping food so I had to return all items. My account still is not working and they don't take any action. Also today my boyfriend's account got same problem. So we have made our decision to chang our bank.
