Buyer Beware: Poor Communication and Incomplete Orders"
I am sharing this to warn other buyers about my experience with Spancal. I placed an order on December 7th for a Morphvise and three accessories (Desktop Workstation, Desktop Ball Mount, and a standard Ball Mount) totaling $408.85. While some items arrived before Christmas, the rest were significantly delayed.
Upon arrival, the Desktop Ball Mount ($89.95) was missing the essential ball piece and a necessary screw, making the entire mount useless. I reached out immediately via their website contact page and followed up with two additional emails. I received zero response at least six weeks
I eventually had to file a dispute through PayPal to get my $89.95 back for the incomplete item. Spancal finally surfaced on February 10th, blaming a "server issue" for the delay. Their only solution was for me to pay out-of-pocket to ship the defective/incomplete item back to them for a refund.
Because these accessories were meant to work as a complete system, the missing pieces and poor service have ruined the utility of the entire $400 purchase. A company that sends incomplete products and expects the customer to pay for the return shipping after months of silence is not one I can recommend. Save your money and buy from a company that stands behind their shipping accuracy and customer support.
Total Loss/Impact: $408.85 spent on a compromised "system."
