Perfect gift for my husband! He loved it, he had another brand that broke and had bought me the same brand before. My doctor approved of it too!

I really love this watch! I thought it was going to have a bigger face from the pictures I saw online but it didn't, which I liked. I love the band and how after you buckle the band, the rest of it goes through an opening so it doesn't flop or get hung up on things! Very clean looking. It was very easy to set up too! Honestly, it was so easy I don't even remember how I did it! I just downloaded the app and probably hit a button. (I usually have to get my son to help me but I did it all by myself!) Love the color too! I purchased the rose gold. Love it!

The watch is great. I have two mild complaints/comments. The strap that came with it was tight and I would have appreciated a little longer. No big deal. And I disagree with the step counter, I walk down my stairs (13 steps) and it shows 6 or 0. I'm sure this is just to make me walk more. Overall, I'm happy. Got another strap and walking more. Thanks.

Customer service was excellent and timely.

I have now owned this watch for 3 months and what a blessing it has been. From recording my steps and ever present reminder that motion is lotion and life to the body. Heart rate recording, sleep time to temperature updates and the seamless link to my phone has and continues help me with activities of daily living. It is a watch that is extremely affordable and should be on the wrist of everyone.

Well the battery is failing after less than a year and the night time sleep is not correct at times

I love my watch! Love the length of battery time and all the different apps! This watch is a winner!

Great battery life easy to understand the metrics can be connected to phone to receive texts calls… helps with my sleep patterns, only issue I have is the wrist band, not very comfortable in warm weather as it promotes sweaty wrist. Charge a few dollars more for a premium band

Love my watch!! But I ordered a leather band at the end of December and never received it. It was not your fault as it was the post office that apparently missed placed it. Will definitely get another watch in the future!

I have had my watch my wife bought me for about 8 months. Now it won’t charge. I have tried two different chargers but neither one will charge the phone. Nice watch but useless right now. I had a Fitbit for about three years before it went belly up and wouldn’t connect to the app. Much better than 8 months for this watch. It would be nice if you came up with a product that would actually last. Tired of wasting money on trash.

Software updated to facilitate pairing and data tabulations. Easy to use, fewer drop outs requiring re-pairing with app.

I love the watch. I got one for my wife and myself. We both are very happy with the watch, Easy to read, seems to be accurate , fits well, easy to get different watch faces. We did both get screen protectors and they work great. The battery lasts a long time. Happy

Everything went smoothly. Hardest part was attaching band or adjusting links.

My Spade four is amazing. It is reliable, does not require anything more than being charged which usually nine/ten days after the last charge.
The activity logs are fantastic and simple to use.
