This is my first time using Sourceful and what a great experience. I had lots of great product packaging options to choose from and when it came time to converting the package design into an actual design to send it to the manufacturer the designer got it right first time! They are responsive, I had a call with Felix and he gave me supplier options and lots of other helpful advice. I will definitely use them for the rest of my range.

We engaged sourceful for package design work! Their AI gave us a great headstart and outperformed conventional models in the market.
When it came to refining the design we tried a few options out there. The agencies were too expensive and the independent designers missed the brief! We tried sourcefuls additional and new service which is aimed at refining and editing the package design and making it production ready. We're really happy with the end to end process now and we'd probably not look elsewhere for any kind of package design!

This is a start-up and the concept is great, although there are a few niggles with the product and interface which the company is actively addressing. Why they are worthy of 5-stars, however, is due to the emphasis they put on customer care and the real effort that they make to ensure that you (the client) are achieving what you set out to achieve. Behind the sleek AI is clearly a dedicated team of tech/designers who are very communicative and responsive and who are willing to go above and beyond to address your particular needs. I hope they can keep this level of individual care up as the business grows. I was mightily impressed.
