I had a great experience working with Joshua from Sourceful. He went above and beyond to help me get my label sizing adjusted exactly how I needed it, and he did it quickly and professionally.

What really stood out was his willingness to make the update free of charge this time—he didn’t have to do that, but it shows he actually cares about his customers and building long-term relationships.

Communication was clear, turnaround was fast, and the final result was exactly what I was looking for. If you’re working with Joshua, you’re in good hands.

They understood exactly what I needed, even when my requests were detailed or technical, and when my factory had questions about the packaging for production, Felix and Joshua were able to explain everything perfectly so the manufacturer could move forward without any issues.

I had a great experience working in with the AI software what’s even better is after I chose what design I wanted I was able to work with an actual designer for the top ups. The whole process was very seamless very communicative and overall fun. I also got files that my factory could read to print with specifications for the carton that I needed to printed.
