I had a problem with a preamp I bought…
I had a problem with a preamp I bought just under 2 years ago contacted Steve for advice he ask me to send it back to be checked it was found to be faulty. Steve replaced it with a new one free of charge Al done within a week of first contract. Absolutely outstanding customer service other companies could learn alot from Sounds Heavenly .Many thanks.

Took only a week or so from England to California via registered & tracked Royal Mail. More than satisfied. The B&O Mk III-compatible wire works very well.
