I regretfully ordered from Soulona

I ordered from Soulona in September
The items took a long time to get to me. I had to check on them.
The items came so late I was on vacation. This made it impossible for me to return the items within the regular return time frame.
I contacted Soulona; I was told I could get replacement items, but would have to pay mailing.
I paid for the mailing to Canada from the U.S., which was about $50 dollars.
I got messages from Canada UPS saying they could not deliver.
Today I had my original items (that I had sent to Canada) returned to me.
The package says "Reason for Return: Receiver did not want. Refused delivery"
I have never gotten the replacement items from Soulona.
Finally, a note on the original items I received.
I got two shirts labeled "XXL" which in reality are more like "small."
Another shirt is labeled "Large" but again is actually a very small size.
I am out the original price I paid, and the $50 return postage.
A very disappointing experience to say the least.

This company is a rip off!

This company is a rip off!! Stay far away!! I ordered up one size and got a double X in. It is 8 inches too small! I normally wear XL and a very few things double XL. They told me I can send it back, UPS said it would be $48 to send back to Canada when it was shipped from California. The vest said five XL! Do not do business with this company. They are a scam.

I ordered a men's large denim shirt…

I ordered a men's large denim shirt from Soulona. It took some time for it to arrive. I was shocked at what was shipped. A shirt that was marked XXL but sized for a 12 year old boy. The package did not contain any packing slip whatsoever. I returned the shirt immediately to the California address it was shipped from. I requested a refund. Soulona said the shirt must be shipped to them in Canada. Note their Contact Us does not give their British Columbia address. In my opinion, this is clearly a bait and switch by Soulona. No reputable company fails to provide a packing slip with a return policy. I would strongly recommend other buyers steer clear of Soulona as many others have written about....it is true.

Don’t trust Soulona

I wish to unsubscribe but have found this to be impossible as you get guided to an unsafe site. I have reported Soulona to Microsoft for continuing to send junk every day but it has not stopped. Be wary of this company

This is my second order with Soulona

This is my second order with Soulona. I was a little concerned about the length of time the order took to arrive, however when it did the quality of the actual products is unquestionable, like I’ve said it’s my second order now completed / received just today.
I had contacted the customer support and Ann had assured me it was on the way and it arrived as per her suggestion, I have now ordered a third time and am resigned to not receiving this in record time, but completely confident that when it does the quality of the products will be bang on. Thanks Soulona 4/5 you just need to work on the shipping and it will be a 5/5 from me 👍

I order 2 shirts

Once it finally arrived

Once it finally arrived - after almost 4 weeks - the Kitana shirt was nice. Quality seems good (considering that virtually everything these days is made pretty cheaply). Husband likes it and it fits well. Soulona customer service was good - they responded to my emails and were courteous and helpful when I had problems with the late delivery. My gripe is with the courier service they use in the US - a company called UniUni. They were horrible and have very bad reviews from customers and reports from BBB. UniUni claimed to have the wrong address (which they didn’t) and showed that my item was out for delivery for days before it was finally delivered, and they wouldn’t respond to any inquiries via their web form or phone. When I first got notification from them that my item was coming it didn’t say it was from Soulona and so I thought it was a scam. Then I started thinking Soulona was a scam too and I’d never get the item I paid for. So although I liked the shirt from Soulona and they were fine to deal with, they lose two stars for contracting with the worst delivery company ever. I won’t order from them again, and it’s UniUni’s fault.

I'm Happy

Soulona handled a complicated return and exchange with courtesy, generosity and efficiency. Nice people who sell good clothes, I'm happy to recommend them.

Recliner covers

I finally received both of my recliner covers that I ordered on November 6th, to be fair,I believe they were being shipped from Canada, so I can understand the slow shipping and delivery. As far as the product, they seem to be well made, they just seem small for my recliners.

Hitachi Insulated Pants

I had ordered the insulated Hitachi pants in a size medium. Comfortable and a perfect fit. Customer service was great in replying back to me in a timely manner concerning the size tags attached to the pants which were an XL and 2XL which through me off.

Disappointing Quality and Misleading Branding

I was really excited to try their products, but unfortunately, I’m highly disappointed with the end results. The website is well-designed, and the images look great, which led me to believe I was purchasing quality items. However, there are some major issues I encountered.

First, all items are shipped from Asia, and this isn't disclosed anywhere on the website. While waiting a month for delivery isn’t a huge issue for me personally, it could be a dealbreaker for some customers.

The real disappointment came when I received the products. It turns out they’re not original Soulona items, but rather generic products with their logo slapped on. The quality is poor, and the materials feel cheap. I purchased several items, and each one had a different brand name on it.

If you’re okay with low-quality products like this, you might as well save your money and order directly from sites like Temu. The products and shipping times are essentially the same, but you’ll probably save yourself some frustration.

No Help When Things Go Wrong

Ordered a couple of shirts online on 13 August. They weren't delivered, although the courier tracking said they were. After many emails Soulona offered to refund them on 17 October, but when no refund arrived by 21 November I contacted them again to be told that they hadn't refunded me and wanted (yet) more information. A truly abysmal experience. Fortunately I paid with PayPal and they refunded me immediately.

CHEAP AND NO RETURNS

Items are not as pictured. Cheap material and impossible to return. Read the return policy. Although shipped from a warehouse in California, I would be required to ship it back to Canada, paying even more postage. Lesson learned! I donated the shirt and so here's my warning. STAY AWAY FROM SOULONA!

BUNCH OF CROOKS!!!

DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE, THEY ARE FRAUDSTERS!!
I ordered a hoody for my 11 year old daughter from these crooks.
It arrived after what seemed like a lifetime. I opened the package and it was at least 3 sizes too small!!
As with quite a few reviews on here they started in a helpful manner.
They told me how I could return the item if I was unhappy, at my expense of course! I returned it via Royal Mail (UK) costing me £26.00 back to the Canadian address they gave me for returns tracking the item along the way. A few weeks passed, with no updates, then the package suddenly appeared back on my doorstep?!
With stamps from the 'Canadian Mail service' on it, so it actually got there, but got refused by the by them back in Canada!!! I REPEAT, DON'T TRUST THESE THIEVES!!!!🤬
