Ordered XL Mens Winter Jacket

Ordered XL Mens Winter Jacket. Ordered 12/30/2024, delivered !/22/2025. Jacket was at least two sizes too small. Sent company same info and asked for a refund and a return shipping label. Will see what happens.

UPDATE! I thought I had checked the size chart but evidently did not. In checking it I discovered that the XL is about a small to medium AMERICAN size, This site is for the ASIAN MARKET. They should put an announcement on the page about that. I was told that I could return it for a refund...ya right. Postage from North Central America to Canada is $54.00 I am not going to throw good money after bad. Rating still stands. Goodwill donation.

Great Customer service

I ordered my usual size (2XL) but when the shirt arrived it was too small. I contacted Soulona via their website and they were extremely helpful.
I gifted the shirt at their suggestion and they arranged a 15% refund for this, along with a code for 20% of a new order for a 3XL shirt.
Great service and friendly comms!

Katana Japan Style Shirt- fantastic

I bought a Men's "Katana" Japan Style Shirt, I was concerned because of some of the reviews, but I so liked the design I went ahead and ordered. Well they exceeded expectations, well made and finished, reasonably thick fabric, the colours are accurate to the photos and both came (grey and blue) within 2 weeks. All my uk shirts are medium - I ordered medium from Soulona and the fit is perfect. So happy with this purchase.

NIGHTMARE COMPANY…

Product (vest) was labeled 2XL and me being a huge 5'8" ad 150 lbs it was waaaaaay toooooo small so I have no address to return it and no phone number ( if you have this info please post ) Listen to the other reviews- this company is a nightmare !!!!!!!!

Nothing but a sham.

Nothing but a sham. I’d give a rating of zero if I could. Just like others said, it takes forever to receive an item. The moment it did arrive, I tried on the vest but was not happy with the quality. I contacted them to return it within the hour of receipt. After telling me I could return it,I never received my refund. This was like six weeks ago. The item just showed up at my door today and was “Refused” and to “return to sender’. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. TOTAL SHAM

I ordered a hooded vest

I ordered a hooded vest. The vest arrived on a slow boat from China. Took easy to long to get it. Then I went to try it on and it did not even come close to fitting. I ordered a 2XL and it fit like a small. I looked at the size and the tag said 5XL. It is very apparent the Soulona is nothing more than a broker for a Chinese clothing maker and they have no quality control. I highly suggest you don’t buy from them.

Four weeks later and still have not…

Four weeks later and still have not received product. Contacted customer service asked for a refund and they refused. Told me it was not their policy to issue refunds on items that have not been received. DO not order from this company, horrible unethical, customer service.

disappointed

Ordered mugs Dec. 9, 2024 and it took quite awhile before they were shipped. Once shipped, mugs arrived Jan. 7, 2025. Harvest Mugs are smaller than average standard size mugs and remind me of Espresso sized mugs. Dimensions were not listed in the description and photos of mug appeared larger than actual size.

I ordered a 2XL winter vest for a…

I ordered a 2XL winter vest for a Christmas present for my husband. Paid $65. I ordered it December 8th and didn’t get it until January 2nd. It was way too small, even though it said 4XL. I sent them 3 emails now and have gotten no response!

Shirts marked up wrong size company did not believe me

Having ordered and received two shirts XL size which fitted perfectly. I ordered another two shirts both XL. When the arrived they were marked 2XL but when i tried them on they were more small size, the shirt didn't even meet in the middle. I followed the return process and was told the 2XL equals XL. They refused to admit that I had been sent mislabelled shirts. On returning them I found I had to have them tracked, to confirm that they had received the goods and this cost me £25.30 on a £60 order. I will not be using them again.

Do not buy here.

I did not find the reviews page until I ordered. This company is in Canada. Took weeks to get here. I ordered an XXL and could not get my forearm through the sleeve. Must have been a small, but labeled XXL. Save yourself the pain and do not purchase here. I am not going to send it back, just use it as a cleaning rag. The material is nice.

Misleading customer service department

Misleading customer service department. They said they will allow a return within 14 days but their website states 30 days. I ordered a short sleeve men's "Fuji" Japanese style shirt. I am very skinny and I ordered the medium size, which is equivalent to an XL.

I really like the quality of the material and the design. However, I would not order from them again. Also, their website lists all five star reviews but if you look elsewhere -- like this website -- you'll see a lot of bad reviews.

OMG I complained after my purchase…

OMG I complained after my purchase about the fabric quality and I received a discount rather than pay to return the item. I gave to my husband for Christmas to see if maybe he would wear it for any occasion with the caveat that I wouldn't be offended. I ordered a 2XL. Ha ha ha, it's so small, nowhere near a 2XL, he can't even get both arms into the shirt. I tried it on, I wear a M-L in most women's brands. The arms are super long and I couldn't get it even close to buttoning. What a scam!!!!!!!!!!!
I've asked for a full refund of the entire amount without sending it back, it's a worthless shirt!!

Good quality shirt

Good quality shirt. It takes some time to get the order, but still reasonable.
Some reviews claim that sizes tend to be small, but I think they are quite accurate.
Excellent customer support!
Recommend it!

I ordered a 2xl received a 5xl & it still didn’t fit

I ordered a 2xl, received a 5xl with some Chinese words on the patch on the chest… the vest still was too tight to wear!

RUN AWAY FROM ANYTHING THIS SITE SELLS! They claim to be an American family run company but obviously outsource their products from china & reap the profits!

Still not arrived. Customer service response is be patient that is the response for the last 2 weeks

Goods never arrived; worst customer experience of all time

Goods never arrived. Still getting the run around between Soulana and their carrier company (Iron Horse Express); each referring me back to the other. Vague email responses (referring me back to the other, when if/when they sometimes reply but never anyone to talk to) $220 lost for all time and its now 6 weeks since I ordered. Don’t trust them.
