I have been using the Flio app for many…

I have been using the Flio app for many years. Its quite useful and user friendly.
I updated the app 12 days ago and then all my data disappeared, that's 700+ flights and 2 million miles= all gone.
Customer support gave no working solution nor did not do what they said they can - transfer data to a new account. Now Customer support does not even reply to emails.
