The TRAPANI TOURISM SERVICE provided my wife and I great advice while we were in Trapani and arranged private chauffeur to the airport. The price was fixed for a 24 hour service. The driver was waiting at the agreed time, 03.30 in the morning, and was v polite.

Truly a golden service. Despite my flight being delayed by several hours and arriving very late, the driver was patiently waiting for us with my name clearly displayed. We were warmly welcomed and assisted all the way to our accommodation with genuine care and a smile. Outstanding service from start to finish.

I cannot rate this company highly enough! I was in Sicily with a large group for my birthday trip and was quite anxious about the logistics of transporting a big group from Partinico to Trapani in time for a boat departure. They were excellent.

Our driver kept in touch via WhatsApp and arrived about 15 minutes before we had arranged and patiently waited for us as we got our last few things together.

We confirmed a time with them and they were able to pick us up after our Trapani day too. Our driver had a lovely energy and was very tolerant of our music choice.

Our Experience With Trapani Tourism
Trapani Tourism was fantastic.
They helped us with multiple transfers and excursions between September 13th and September 20th 2025.
Stefania and Andrei were very helpful and patient with all of the booking.
The pricing was spot on and the drivers were always on time.
The drivers were very professional and helpful.
Using Trapani Tourism took a lot of stress off our travels.

Domenico did both of our transfers and was a great driver. He brought us snacks and drinks along making sure we did both our journeys safely and on time. The contact through WhatsApp confirming all details was also superb to ensure we were all aligned

The transfer experience organised by Trapani Tourism Service (TTS) was excellent. Our provider revised the original pick-up details at our request and at very short notice. That was to give us more time at Trapani sea port, rather than Trapani Birgi airport. Our driver readily recommended a restaurant for us to have lunch, before taking the fast ferry crossing to Favignana. It was excellent! We liked that restaurant so much we went again on the return journey. The transfer process was completed without any issues associated with the tickets pre-purchased by TTS, and a comfortable and speedy crossing.
We would have no hesitation in recommending this service.

The driver spoke way too loud on the microphone on the bus. That we needed earplugs. It was very disturbing. Also the air con in the bus in the morning was not working so it was quite warm.
