All my purchases have discoloured
Pretty designs but…All my purchases have discoloured. One necklace which hasnt even been worn once just sitting in my enclosed glass jewellery box hidden away from sunlight discoloured - unable to return as its been over a year. I will never be buying gold plated anything again. For the price the jewellery should last longer.
I contacted Soru with pictures explaining however they said they cannot do anything. I have about 12 jewellery items and most have discoloured to bronze look. All were kept in glass case and pouches. So overrated by influencers !

Hi Pembe, Thank you for leaving your review for us i am sorry we have not been able to help you on this occasion. We do offer a 1 year warranty but after this time i am afraid for discolouring we would not be able to help. However i can recommend using a lint free cloth to gently buff up and rub the jewels, silver can naturally oxidize over time and this is the best way to bring back the original colour. We would always suggest to store in an airtight container whenever possible to avoid tarnishing, i realise your container was glass but maybe without realising this was not air tight (like our pouch and box the jewellery arrives in). Please do try the lint free cloth as i feel this would be the best solution in this instance. If i can help further don't hesitate to get back in touch.

I was excited to get the linguini…
I was excited to get the linguini chain- it came well wrapped and high end. Upon seeing the chain itself it was so yellow and just screamed fake. For $250 I was not keeping it. Customer service was great with accepting the return. Now just have to find a DHL carrier to ship back.

I am sorry to hear that you were unhappy with the gold colour of the Linguine Chain, this one is plated in 14K gold over silver rather than the 18k we usually use giving it a slight different shade. I am pleased you have been able to arrange your return easily and please do ask customer care for a return shipping label and a link for the DHL driver to come and pick up from you, there is no need or you to look for a DHL carrier yourself as we do this for you. I liked the old styles a lot but…
I liked the old styles a lot but new pieces have some price/quality questions.
In the last years the price went up and and the team were open about the price increase. I still think it's a bit crazy if I compare to the pieces I bought in the past. In February 2022 I paid 31.5% LESS for my jewellery piece comparing to the price today. So it's 31.5% price increase in just two years?! Isn't it quite a lot?
Also the price policy in EUR currency doesn't look decent if you compare it to the local currency. The earrings that cost 180 GBP (which is 214 EUR), cost on the website 262 EUR. So with delivery costs I will pay 275 EUR for the earrings that in UK would cost me 25% less in UK.
Also not long time ago I bought a Rose Quartz Necklace and I was very surprised to find out that the color of gold plate doesn't match all my other gold plated necklaces from Soru. I can't see the reason behind it because in product description it says 18ct gold plated silver on all necklaces, but I still don't understand why the color is so different. To be honest I really don't like the color of these Rose Quartz Necklace, and in my opinion it looks cheap, and doesn't match with anything.
So for me if I visit UK and I see Soru in a store I will definitely stop by to take a look and I might choose something to buy, but the online shopping from EU country became a strong NO for me.

I am sorry to hear you are unhappy with the price increase for the EU and also on the gold colour of your rose quartz necklace. Unfortunately the price increase to ship to the EU is due to Brexit, among other things such as duty, shipping increases, conversion rates and material increases we deliberated for quite some time on how not to pass this on to our EU customers however we wanted to ensure we can ship fast into Europe with guaranteed no stoppage time and no extra charges for any of our EU customers as we felt this would be more beneficial for them then having to pay duty/ tax and admin fees themselves plus having the parcel held up. Hope you can understand our position here, i'm not sure which country you are in but we do have a few retailers in the EU you could buy directly from too. Please reach out to our team so we can advise further if there are any near to you.
Regarding the rose quart gold plating, we have a couple of different makers and it may be that the other necklaces you have are from alternate makers, but if you are unhappy with the plating colour please rest assured we can help, you contact us within the returns period we can offer you a full refund or we could advise on a more suitable option. I bought a beautiful Ruby ring
I bought a beautiful Ruby ring. It arrived by DHL very quickly. It looks stunning, absolutely the same as on the picture. I just love it! My only suggestion for the rings specifically to specify the size. It is unfortunately fits small on index and middle fingers but good for the ring finger.
Oh yes, thanks a lot Soru for your reply. I did not notice this feature of being able to adjust the sizing. Now, it is just pretty perfect!!!

The only other option would be for you to pay the fees upfront at checkout with us but unfortunately as each country sets how high this will be and with Canada having one of the highest in the world it would still increase the price of the purchase. Gorgeous earrings! Best friend immediately said she’s stealing them from me!
These are described as the smaller size and they are not small, they’re just the perfect amount of show. I was a bit worried they might be a little dull as they’re opal rather than clear or pearl, but the gold sparkly stones bring these alive! They are absolutely gorgeous. I’m delighted!
