Sophimmo century 21 is UNPROFFECIONAL! A DISCRASE
This company doesn'tt phone or have the nerve to phone to apologize but instead he clsims we can not work together if I DO NOT ACCEPT what his offering is. Which is putting me out of pocket!
I also want to mention that a different estate agent confermed the value at a much much much higher value than I even thought!
So as an estate agent please be honest, transparrent, do NOT block potential customers for sales away.... you are just making a HUGE loss!
As a good proffecional estate agent one treats eachother with respect and you always try! Try and find a compramize but already saying no I won't come over if you don't like my price.... whilst not even having seen my gem, then I think you are not doing a good job!
You should treat people equally and respectfully. Sending an email is easy to say that you won't sell the appartment and you don't see the point of comming over.
Perhaps you did not look at them propperley? And if you had seen it in real life you would think 2x over.
But sorry it's game over!
