Syus is really a nightmare. They are a team of unprofessional people (students) who do not even know the basics of commercial B2C. You are better well informed, don't do business with these guys. The positive reviews they get are coming out of their own network which is even legally forbidden !!
Very poor communication. Very rarely answer emails, on hold on the phone for long periods of time, mixed messages when they do reply. Horrible when it comes to deposit refunds, but very responsive when it came to paying the deposit.
Do not rent from this company. They do not manage their properties and are completely ignoring complaints. Horrible experience due to incompetence and structural ignoring of issues until legal escalation.
