Sooth Relieve Socks ordered 2 pr charged 5
I ordered 2 pr Socks from Sooth Relieve and was charged for 5. Immediately requested Cancellation by 2 emails and the SR Customer Service message system. Got response 9 hours later refusing to cancel.
the company is a scam
i ordered about $18 and was shipped and billed about $60 for m multiple sox.
they have an artfully engineered system to avoid cancelling orders or submitting for return/refund.
am now jumping through hoops to return I am referring to Visa and Amazon for probable fraudulent practise.
SoothRelieve's sales tactics are scam-like
SoothRelieve's sales tactics and customer service practices are predatory and I want to share my experience to warn others. I've been recovering from plantar fasciitis, a slow process that recently improved with steroid shots. My wife saw an ad for SoothRelieve compression socks, claiming to help with the condition, so despite my skepticism, I decided to try a pair.
The Deceptive Purchase
The online purchasing process was incredibly frustrating. After adding one pair of socks to my cart, I was hit with a barrage of upsells and upgrades, forcing me to decline around six times before reaching checkout. The initial price for one pair was an exorbitant $17.00, including shipping – a complete rip-off. Despite this, I proceeded. However, upon redirecting to PayPal, the total inexplicably jumped to $79.40. Before I could react, PayPal approved the charge.
The Cancellation Nightmare
Furious, I immediately tried to cancel the order. My attempt to reduce it to one pair was futile, so I canceled the entire order. A customer service representative named Irene confirmed she found my order and would cancel it, but noted the email address on the order was incorrect. She sent a confirmation email, which I received the next day, requesting I reply with the correct email for cancellation. I promptly did so. To my disbelief, she later replied, stating it was too late – the order had already shipped.
A Company Focused on Deception
This entire ordeal felt like a blatant scam. SoothRelieve seems solely focused on extracting money from customers with no regard for satisfaction or repeat business. Almost immediately after this debacle, I received an email offering 50% off and free shipping for the same socks. I ignored it, committed to my cancellation. Then, for Memorial Day, they sent another email, this time for 80% off and free shipping.
When I contacted Irene about returning the socks, she offered a 50% refund and suggested I keep the socks without returning them. While tempting, I refused to give SoothRelieve another nickel given their shady practices. I mentioned the better offers I'd received, hoping for a more attractive resolution, but she flatly refused and provided return instructions.
I'm sharing this experience to expose SoothRelieve's unscrupulous behavior. If you've had a similar encounter, know you're not alone. More importantly, I hope this prevents others from falling into their trap.
Sizing is incorrect; you buy, you keep
I ordered the largest for my husband (should fit 8 1/2 to 12) and he wears an 11) and he can’t even get them on his feet. Because he tried them on, I can’t return them. So the sizing is incorrect. If you buy, you keep them anyway. Their refund only works if you never open the package.
DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!
The Money Back guarantee is a scam and here's why. They will not consider a refund if the package has been opened. since there is no way to determine if they fit (my large pair did not) you have to open the package. There is no other way. That's the end of your money. A review of the Idaho BBB website shows Soothrelieve has 212 complaints against them in last 3 years and 165 complaints in the last 12 months
I ordered 1 pair of large they say fits…
I ordered 1 pair of large they say fits up to size 15 they are so small must be children sizes they advertise. I contacted them was given info to send them back after I refused a 50% refund. the women Irene offered half of my money back on something I would of thrown away . I returned them at my expense....then they said no refund.\ I contacted my credit card told them everything they reversed the charges . and i am filing BBB complaint. don't waste you money they are not a BBB company means they are shady. They offer 30 money back on site be careful scammers.., they offer 70% off because they are not worth a dime. Contact your credit card company if you have a problem.
I ordered 1 pair you entered for 4
I ordered 1 pair you entered for 4. I contacted your support to have order corrected to 1 pair or cancel order. I received 4 pair today would like a credit for 3 pair Your order number is 6873239E95 This company is a scam
Avoid this firm.
I ordered four pairs of socks but it then added another four pairs of “ half price “ socks, the total was £86. When they arrived they were ridiculously small and wouldn’t even fit over my toes. I immediately emailed them and explained the problem and asked for a refund they immediately rejected it so I wrote again pointing out their refund policy again they rejected me out of hand. I then contacted my credit card company and disputed the transaction and my credit card company then completely refunded the amount. These people are just scammers avoid at all costs.
Return Received
After following all their instructions I received a refund minus shipping fees. Beware!!! I wouldn’t order from them again.
"Scammer Rip off Edema socks"
This company promotes cheap mixed fiber 'toeless' socks to relieve the symptoms of Edema or ankle swelling-they offer two sizes of stretch socks 'small' and 'large' only! I received my two pairs of LARGE SIZE tiny 'children's quality' socks. I have a size 10 UK shoe size and this 'large size' would not even stretch pass my toes!! I sent an email requesting a refund on return of these "rip off" socks-I received no answer or refund! Do not entertain these products unless you are a dwarf!
I wish I had read the reviews before…
I wish I had read the reviews before ordering. I ordered one pair, looked at my receipt and it showed I ordered the four {4) pack too. I will call my bank in the morning and take care of it with them.

Please do not order from these guys I made the mistake of ordering knowing they only a rating of 1.5 I ordered for my mother who is 75 they didn't confirm for ages then when they did an extra order had been added and when you try to change order they tell you it's already processed and gone to delivery. It's a scam

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY
DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. They are a scam. They pretend to be in your country as a legitimate business but they are not. Deceptive business practices!!
I ordered two pairs of socks
I ordered two pairs of socks. The first time I put them on one of the socks started to unravel inside. It continued to unravel even after I cut the part that unraveled. I wrote to the company and was told that they wouldn’t do anything about it. They proceeded to tell me not to cut the unraveled part, just tie a knot in the unraveled piece. They also said it was a common thing but would not harm the sock. I have continued using it and it keeps unraveling more and more. Do not buy them. Bad company to deal with. They also gave me washing instructions, etc. none of this info was given when purchasing them.
This place was HORRIBLE
This place was HORRIBLE. I asked to cancel my order within 2 mins of ordering. I have used PayPal before and you always get a 2nd chance to back out. BUT as soon as I was done with paypay, the website said my order was complete. I wrote 4 times and they kept saying it was already packed and ready to ship. Shame on them for being such LIARS!!!! I will be returning them and NEVER order again
This company is a scam!!!!
This company is a scam!!!!! I order four pairs of socks for the sale price of $17.95. When the package arrived, I received ten pairs of socks. My credit card was billed for $59. I contacted the company via email and was ignored. My second email did receive a response. The agent agreed to refund half of the $59 charge in exchange for keeping the socks. Although I wanted a refund, I realized this offer was most likely the best outcome. Instead of refunding half the money, my visa was charged $51. Later the same day I was charged another $53. It was at this point that I researched the companies reviews. I quickly discovered that this website will continue to bill your credit card fraudulent charges. I cancelled my credit card immediately. I am still receiving multiple emails a day, trying to sell me more product. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! The entire business is a scam located in Dubai. If you have already made a purchase, cancel your credit card and report the charges to your bank immediately.
Most crooked company I've ever dealt with!
Most crooked company I've ever dealt with. I never got the 2 pairs I ordered, and had to get a new debit card to stop them from charging me!
Scam Company
Scam Company, Horrible to deal with & a very crooked company! They scammed me. Do Not order anything from them. They will steal more money than you authorized and tell you that you agreed to it because the $15 price on their compression socks is a promotional price & to get the $15 price you agreed to buy another 4 pairs.. If you return or refuse delivery of their product for a full refund you will be told they have specific return instructions you agreed to with your order (instructions you’ve never even seen) so If you didn’t follow them (because you don’t know about it) you get no refund. Very hard to deal with anyone in customer service. Report them on Trust Pilot & to the BBB.
