I’m very disappointed because I couldn’t exchange for a pair that fit. I ordered the size that I typically wear and they were too big. Poor customer service policy and incorrect sizing on their part.

Never again are we ordering from this place. I ordered my mum slippers and she had them for 2 days and the stitching came off and I sent an email with photos and never received any response and after the 4th email they got back to me at all and had customer service. A horrible company
A horrible company. Do not buy their products. Not only do they not post their return policy in places where it is easily seen they also fail to allow you to return their substandard product. Ordered a pair of shoes for $40 and they are unwearable. They feel like cardboard and construction paper and this is not an exaggeration.

Let me count the ways this has been a poor experience:
Upon ordering, no choices were listed for shipping or fees. It took almost two weeks to receive our order and it was late, past Christmas.
The slipers/shoes were of very poor quality, very cheap.
The customer support was almost non exisitent - only receiving a token emial with no regard to shipping status or to help rectify the situation.
They refused to exchange or refund the order - we are very dissatisfied.

This company is a SCAM. Do not buy their so called orthopedic foot wear. They offer zero support and their so called sale prices are a scam and it’s Final sale. There is no refund/return. You are stuck with a worthless pair of sandals or slip on. You can get the exact same pair at a fraction of their sale price on some other website. Buyers beware!! Do not buy!!!

Read the fine print and if you STILL want them, make sure you don’t need them for several weeks!
Oh. My. Gosh. STAY AWAY! First of all, it took three weeks to receive these waste of money slippers being shipped directly from China, and then they don’t even have the supposed arch support good for plantar fasciitis as they tout. $3 Flip flops give as much support as these do, they are just thicker. Then, to make matters worse, I ordered TWO pair and spent over $50 on these JOKE plastic shoes and then read the fine print… NO RETURNS ALLOWED!
